بهبود ثبات شست‌وشویی پارچه سلولزی رنگرزی شده با رنگزای مستقیم توسط سیلیکا سل ژل دوپ شده

سل-ژل یک روش اصلاح و کاربردی کردن منسوجات است. در این پروژه به منظور بهبود خواص ثباتی پارچه رنگرزی شده با رنگزای مستقیم از پوشش سل-ژل استفاده شد تا بر روی سطح الیاف یک فیلم چسبنده تشکیل دهد. محلول سل حاوی آلکوکسید­ها تترااتوکسی‌سیلان و 3-گلیسیدوکسی‌پروپیل‌تری‌متوکسی‌سیلان همراه با ماده رنگزای مستقیم روی پارچه سلولزی اعمال شدند. با استفاده از اسپکتروفتومتر قدرت رنگ (k/s) نمونه­ها ارزیابی شد. پوشش تشکیل شده افزایش قدرت رنگ را برای هر دو ماده‌ رنگزا به همراه داشت. ثبات شست­­وشویی پارچه‌ رنگرزی-تکمیل شده توسط مقیاس خاکستری بررسی شد. تغییر رنگ پارچه تا دو درجه بهبود یافت. همچنین بررسی ترکیب­ های نمونه پوشش داده شده از طریق تجزیه و تحلیل atr-ftir انجام شد. نتایج ایجاد پیوندهای سیلوکسان که منجر به ایجاد شبکه سه‌بعدی از نانوذرات می­شود را تایید کرد.

improvement of wash fastness of cellulosic fabric dyed with direct dye by doped silica sol gel

sol-gel is a method of modifying and functionalizing textiles. in this project, in order to improve the fastness properties of fabric dyed with direct dyes, sol-gel coating is used to form a sticky film on the surface of the fibers. sol solutions containing tetraethoxysilane and 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane alkoxide were applied directly on the cellulose fabric along with the dye. using a spectrophotometer, the color strength (k/s) of the samples was evaluated. the formed coating increased the color strength for both dyes. the washing stability of the dye finished fabric was checked by gray scale. fabric discoloration improved by two degrees. also, the composition of coated samples was analyzed through atr-ftir analysis. the result confirmed the creation of siloxane bonds that lead to the creation of a 3d network of nanoparticles.
