تاثیر تراکم بر جذب صوت قالی بستر دوگانه فارسی

هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی تاثیر تراکم بر جذب صوت قالی جدید فارسی با بستر دوگانه است. به‌ این منظور تعداد 3 نمونه قالی با ضخامت 15 میلی متر تولید شده و ضریب جذب صوت آنها با استفاده از لوله امپدانس مورد آزمایش قرار گرفته است. نمونه ها در تراکم های مختلف (2، 4 و 6 تار در سانتی متر) به‌گونه‌ای تولید شده اند که نخ های تار بستر به دو دسته برابر تقسیم شده و در یک ‌فاصله‌ 1 میلی متری از یکدیگر قرار داده شده اند. در گام بعد به‌ منظور تمرکز بیشتر بر روی مسئله، نخ های خاب از روی نمونه ها تراشیده شده و بستر تنهای نمونه ها (با حذف بخش خاب) مجدداً مورد آزمایش قرار گرفته اند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش تراکم، ضریب جذب صوت نمونه ها به‌ خصوص در فرکانس های میانه که موثر در شنیدار هستند، افزایش می یابد.

the effect of density on sound absorption of double base persian rug

the purpose of this study is to investigat the effect of density on sound absorption in new double base persian (dbp) rug. for this aim, three rug samples (with 15 mm thickness) were produced and the sound absorption coefficient of samples was measured with impedance tube. the samples were produced at different density (2, 4 and 6 (warp/cm) ) in such a way the base warp yarns are divided into two equal groups and placed at a 1 mm distance from each other. in the next step, the sound absorption of the base zone (without pile zone) was also measured alone by shaving off the pile from the rug samples to examine the problem more closely. the results showed that the sound absorption coefficient of the samples increases (especially in the middle frequencies that are effective in listening) with increasing the density.
