مطالعۀ تطبیقی بین روش‌های برش بنیادی و تفریقی در مولاژ

پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی-تحلیلی است و به مطالعه تطبیقی روش‌های برش بنیادی و تفریقی در مولاژ می‌پردازد که در آن بر اساس تجارب محقق، یک لباس طراحی و دوخته شد که طبق مدل نیازهای مشتری fea، فاکتورهای مربوطه را دارا باشد. این پژوهش به‌طور خاص تحت تاثیر تجارب عملی دو محقق به‌ نام‌های جولیان رابرتز و ریچارد لیندویست به عنوان طراحان الگو بوده است و در آن تجارب شخصی محقق نیز دقیقاً با موضوع تحقیق منطبق است و اساس آن دستیابی به ارتباط بین حفظ دانش الگوسازی به‌طور دستی و الگوسازی به روش مولاژ، بود. نتایج نشان داد که تولید لباس با این روش و ترکیب این روش‌ها با سبک سنتی، باعث شد تا با ترکیب خطوط دوخت پهلو و جایگاه پنس با کاهش بخش‌هایی از جزئیات الگو، هزینه کل لباس و همچنین مصرف پارچه کاهش یابد.

the present research in terms of purpose is practical and in terms of data collection method is descriptive-analytical. it deals with the comparative study between fundamental cuts and subtraction cutting in draping methods, in which, based on the researcher s experiences, a dress was designed and sewn that has the relevant factors according to the customer needs model of fea. this research has been particularly influenced by the practical experiences of two researchers named julian roberts and richard lindvist as pattern designers, and in that the researcher s personal experiences are exactly in line with the research topic, and its basis is to achieve the connection between maintaining the knowledge of manual pattern making and pattern making by draping methods. the results showed that the production of clothes with this method and the combination of these methods with the traditional style led to the reduction of the total cost of the clothes and also the consumption of fabric by combining the side stitching lines and the position of the pins by reducing some parts of the pattern details.
