تاثیر تخلخل لایه میانی بر خواص راحتی پوشاک ورزشی چندلایه

در این مطالعه به بررسی تاثیر تخلخل لایه میانی بر خواص راحتی پوشاک ورزشی چندلایه می‌پردازیم. به این منظور، از پارچه بادگیر برای لایه خارجی و از پارچه حلقوی­پودی یک­روسیلندر برای لایه داخلی استفاده شده است. همچنین از منسوجات بی­بافت با تراکم سوزن­زنی متفاوت به عنوان لایه میانی استفاده شده است. خواص راحتی لایه­ ها شامل قابلیت عبوردهی هوا، قابلیت عبوردهی بخار آب و مقاومت گرمایی در نمونه­های تک­­لایه و سه­لایه قبل از فرآیند دوخت و پس از آن اندازه­گیری شده است. نتایج به‌ دست آمده از این مطالعه بیانگر آن است که در نمونه­ های سه­لایه، قابلیت عبوردهی هوا تحت تاثیر لایۀ با کمترین قابلیت عبوردهی هوا کاهش یافته است. اما مقاومت گرمایی نمونه­ های سه­لایه به دلیل ترکیب لایه ­ها و همچنین تشکیل لایه­ های هوای ساکن در بین لایه­ها، به طور قابل­توجهی افزایش یافته است. به دلیل قابلیت تنفس­پذیری مناسب لایه­ های خارجی و داخلی، قابلیت عبوردهی بخار آب در نمونه ­های سه­لایه تحت­تاثیر لایه میانی بوده است

the influence of porosity of the middle layer on the comfort properties of multi-layer sportswear

in this study, the influence of middle layer porosity on the comfort properties of multi-layer sportswear is considered. to this end, wind stopper fabric and single jersey weft knitted fabric were used as outer layer and inner layer, respecticely. moreover, nonwoven layer with various needle punching density was applied as middle layer. the comfort properties of layers including air permeability, water vapor permeability and thermal resistance of single layer and three-layer samples before and after sewing were measured. obtained outcomes reveal that the air permeability of three-layer samples is influenced by the constituent layer with the least air permeability. however, the thermal insulation of three-layer samples due to the assembly of layers and also formation of entrapped air layer between adjacent layers is increased considerably. since outer layer and inner layer have proper breathability, the water vapor permeability of three-layer samples has been influenced by the middle layer
