بررسی میزان تاثیر برخی از متغیرهای ماشین ریسندگی رینگ بر روی پرزینگی نخ پنبه/پلی ­استر

یکی از مشکلات موجود در خطوط ریسندگی و بافندگی، پرزینگی نخ است. مهم‌ترین مشکل نخ­های پرزدار در عملیات بافندگی و رنگرزی نمایان می­شود. پدیده پرزدار بودن نخ­ها در اکثر موارد به عنوان یک خاصیت منفی تلقی می­شود و تلاش برای کاهش آن صورت می­گیرد. عامل­های مختلفی از جمله ویژگی­های الیاف، عامل­های تولید نخ و همچنین شرایط محیطی بر روی پرزینگی نخ اثرگذار هستند. در این پژوهش تاثیر عامل­هایی نظیر فاصله غلتک­های کشش در دستگاه رینگ، فشار غلتک­های کشش، فاصله‌ دهنده آپرون­ها، انواع روکش غلتک مورد استفاده (نرم، سخت و متوسط) و زاویه سامانه کشش بر روی پرزینگی نخ مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. بر مبنای نتایج به دست آمده از دستگاه سنجش پرزینگی شرلی، عامل­های سختی روکش غلتک، فشار غلتک­های کشش، فاصله‌انداز آپرون­ها، فاصله غلتک­های کشش و زاویه ریسندگی به ترتیب بیش­ترین تاثیر را بر کاهش پرزینگی نخ دارند.

investigating the effect of some variables of ring spinning machine factors on the hairiness of cotton/polyester yarn

one of the problems of the spinning and weaving production line is yarn hairiness. the most important problem of hairiness in yarns appears in weaving and dyeing operations. the hairy property of yarns is considered a negative property in most cases, and efforts are made to reduce it. various factors such as the characteristics of fibers, yarn production factors, and also environmental conditions affect yarn hairiness. in this research, the effect of factors such as the distance between drafting areas in ring device, the pressure of the front rollers, clips, cots (soft, hard, and medium), and the spinning angle have been studied on the hairiness of cotton/polyester yarn. based on the results obtained from shirley s hairiness measuring device, factors such as cots, the pressure of front rollers, clips, the distance of front rollers, and the spinning angle have the greatest effect on the reduction of yarn hairiness, respectively.
