کاربرد الیاف در مصارف پزشکی(مطالعه موردی الیاف مناسب برای بیماران اپیدرمولیز بولوزا)

بیماری اپیدرمولیز بولوزا یاe.b که در ایران به نام بیماری پروانه‌ای شناخته می‌شود، یک بیماری ارثی بافت‌های پوستی می‌باشد که در پوست و غشای مخاطی ایجاد تاول‌های دردناک همراه با خونریزی می‌کند. متاسفانه همچنان درمان قطعی برای این بیماری وجود ندارد و درمان‌های موجود همگی درمان‌های حمایتی برای کاهش درد و جلوگیری از پیشرفت آسیب‌های پوستی، تاول‌ها و عفونت هستند. پوست این بیماران بسیار نازک و شکننده است و با اندکی تماس آسیب می‌بیند، پانسمان‌های سنتی ممکن است به زخم‌ها بچسبند و پس از برداشتن، درد و ضربه قابل توجهی به بافت جدید وارد شود. الیاف مناسب باید نرم و نچسب، نازک، تنفس‌پذیر، ضدحساسیت و ضدمیکروب باشد. در این پژوهش با تکیه بر منابع کتابخانه‌ای تلاش شده الیافی نظیر کیتوسان، آلجینات کلسیم، کتیرا، بامبو، سویا؛ و کاربرد آنها در پانسمان و سایر منسوجات مورد استفاده بیماران معرفی و تشریح گردد.

epidermolysis bullosa or e.b., which is known as butterfly disease in iran, is a hereditary disease of skin tissues that causes painful blisters with bleeding in the skin and mucous membrane. unfortunately, there is still no definitive treatment for this disease, the available treatments are all supportive treatments to reduce pain and prevent the development of skin damage, blisters and infection. the skin of these patients is very thin and fragile and gets damaged with a little contact, traditional dressings may stick to the wounds and after removal, significant pain and trauma will be inflicted on the new tissue. the right fibers should be soft and non-sticky, thin, breathable, hypoallergenic and anti-microbial. in this research, relying on library sources, fibers such as chitosan, calcium alginate, kathira, bamboo, soy and their use in dressings and other textiles used by patients have been introduced and explained.
