رنگرزی پلی‌استر با مادۀ رنگی جاگلون استخراجی از پوست گردو و دندانۀ کات کبود

در این تحقیق، رنگرزی پارچه پلی استر با ماده‌ رنگی جاگلون استخراجی از پودر پوست گردو در حضور دندانه‌ سولفات مس پنج آبه (کات کبود) به‌ روش دمای بالا بررسی شده است. تاثیر متغیر‌هایی از جمله دمای استخراج، غلظت پودر پوست گردو و ph بر مقادیر قدرت رنگی، ثبات‌های شست‌وشویی و نوری نمونه‌های رنگرزی شده بدون دندانه و با دندانه بررسی شد. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که بیشترین جذب رنگزا در شرایط استخراج با دمای ℃100، غلظت 30% و 3ph= رخ می‌دهد و با افزایش ph، جذب رنگزا کاهش پیدا کرده و با افزایش دمای استخراج تا دمای جوش، میزان استخراج رنگزای جاگلون افزایش می‌یابد. ثبات نوری نمونه‌ها متوسط بود و افزودن دندانه به محلول رنگزا موجب افزایش ثبات شست‌وشویی نمونه‌ها شد.

in this study, dyeing of polyester fabric with juglone colorant extracted from walnut husk powder in the presence of copper sulphate pentahydrate mordant (cuso4.5h2o) has been investigated by high temprature method. the effect of variables such as extraction temperature, concentration of walnut husk powder and ph on color strength values, washing and light fastnesses of dyed samples without mordant and with mordant were investigated. the results of this research showed that the highest dye absorption occurs in the extraction conditions with temperature=100 ℃, concentration= 30% and ph= 3, and with increasing ph, dye absorption decreased and with increasing extraction temperature to boil, the amount of extraction of juglone dye increased. light fastness of the samples was medium and the adding mordant to dye solution, increased the wash fastness of the samples.
