تولید و مشخصه‌یابی الیاف الکتروریسی شده با قابلیت دفع پشه به‌منظور ایجاد پوشش محافظتی

امروزه نانوالیاف حاصل از الکتروریسی به‌ عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین محصولات فناوری نانو در بسیاری از حوزه‌ها به ‌ویژه در ماسک‌ها، لایه فعال فیلترها، جداسازی و غیره مطرح است. این الیاف به دلیل سطح مخصوص بسیار زیاد و انعطاف‌پذیری مناسب، برای رهایش داروهای مفید متعددی موردتوجه قرار گرفته است. در این پژوهش الیاف پلی‌وینیل‌الکل همراه با عصاره اسطوخودوس الکتروریسی شد و الیاف با قطری حدود 500 نانومتر بدون گره و گلوله به‌دست آمد. اسطوخودوس نه‌تنها بوی مطبوع می‌بخشد؛ بلکه عملکرد ضد پشه را نیز به همراه دارد. همچنین از دافع دی‌اتیل‌متاتولو‌آمید (دیت) نیز که ماده اصلی افشانه‌های دور‌کننده پشه است، به ‌منظور مقایسه و عملکرد عصاره استفاده ‌شده است. آزمون دفع پشه مطابق با آزمون استاندارد انجام شد. نتایج اندازه‌گیری، دفع پشه مناسب به مدت یک ماه را نشان داد. ازاین‌رو، از این لایه به‌عنوان پوشش محافظتی در کاربرد خاص مانند پشه‌بند می‌توان استفاده کرد.

fabrication and characterization of mosquito repellency electrospun fiber as a protective coating

nowadays, nanofibers obtained from electrospinning are one of the most important products of nanotechnology in many fields, especially in masks, active layers in filters, separation, etc. these fibers have attracted lots of attention due to their high specific surface area and suitable flexibility. in this study, natural lavender essential oil was fabricated into the electrospun fiber not only as a pleasant smel but also for mosquito repellency function. furthermore, diethyl meta-toluamide repellent (deet) as a main ingredient of mosquito repellent sprays has been utilized to compare the performance of the extract. the mosquito repellency test was performed according to the standard (who 2009). the results confirmed proper mosquito repellency for one month. therefore, this layer can be used as a protective coating in specific applications.
