تاثیر طراحی دستکش های محافظ مکانیکی بر قدرت گیرایی دست و مهارت انجام کار

پیشرفت های تکنولوژی، جدای از این‌که باعث آسایش زندگی انسان می شود، او را در معرض خطرات ناشناخته مختلفی قرار می دهد. دست، یکی از پیچیده ترین اعضای بدن انسان بوده و در حین انجام کارها بیشترین استفاده از آن می شود، از این رو صدمات دست منبع اصلی حوادث در محل کار است. دستکش ها از جمله ابزارهای حفاظتی متداول برای جلوگیری از آسیب دست می باشد. نظر به اینکه خواص دستکش ها متاثر از جنس و طراحی آن است، لذا این نکات باید در طراحی دستکش های محافظ مورد توجه قرار بگیرد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر طراحی و الگوی دستکش بر قدرت گیرایی دست و مهارت انجام کار است. به همین منظور سه دستکش با سه طراحی مختلف تهیه و پس از پوشیدن آن ها، آزمایش های مهارت و قدرت، توسط 15 نفر انجام شده است. نتایج این بررسی نشان داده است که طراحی و الگوی دستکش در اعمال قدرت دست و مهارت انجام کار با دستکش بسیار تاثیرگذار است.

the influence of mechanical protective gloves design on grip strength and manual dexterity

technological advances, in addition to facilitating human life, may cause different unknown risks. hand is one of the most complex parts of the human body and is used the most, while performing work. therefore hand injuries are a major source of accidents especially at the workplace. gloves are one of the most common protective equipments used to prevent hand injury. since the gloves properties are influenced by the type and pattern of the gloves, these tips should be taken into consideration when designing protective gloves. the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of glove type and design on hand strength capabilities and manual dexterity. for this purpose, skill and strength tests were performed by 15 people using three gloves of different type and design. the results of this study showed that glove’s design and pattern has a great effect on hand grip power and manual dexterity.
