بررسی تاثیر خواص روغن اسپین فینیش بر خواص فیزیکی نخ پلی‌استر نیمه آرایش‌یافته poy ذوب‌ریسی شده

روغن اسپین فینیش به ‌عنوان یک ترکیب روان کننده برای تولید الیاف مصنوعی و نخ های فیلامنتی همواره مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. روغن اسپین فینیش بایستی سبب چسبندگی فیلامنت ها به یکدیگر شود و اصطکاک با مسیر ریسندگی را کاهش دهد. خصوصیات روغن در یکنواختی، خواص کششی و فیزیکی نخ های فیلامنتی موثر است. در این مطالعه دو نوع روغن تجاری به نام های salisan z8 و takemoto nc-1 از نظر خواص مانند زاویه تماس، ماده موثر روغن، ضریب شکست، هدایت الکتریکی و... طی تعدادی آزمایش مقایسه شده است. سپس نخ پلی استر نیمه آرایش یافته poy در شرایط دستگاهی کاملاً یکسان تولید شده و خواص فیزیکی آن مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. طبق نتایج به دست آمده زاویه تماس و ماده موثر روغن به ترتیب نقش مهمی در یکنواختی و خصوصیات فیزیکی نخ فیلامنتی دارد و هرچه ماده موثر روغن بیشتر باشد، تنش خط ریسندگی کمتر و استحکام نخ نیز کمتر می شود و هرچه زاویه تماس کمتر باشد یکنواختی جرمی نخ بیشتر خواهد بود.

investigating the effect of spin finish oil on physical properties of melt spun partially oriented polyester yarn

spin finish oil has always been considered as a lubricating compound for production of synthetic fibers and filament yarns. spin finish oil should make the filaments stick together and reduce the friction of spinning path. the properties of spin finish oil are effective in uniformity, tensile and physical properties of the filament yarns. in this study, two types of commercial spin finish oil named salisan z8 and takemoto nc-1 have been compared in properties such as contact angle, active content, refractive index, electrical conductivity, etc. then, poy yarn was produced under the same machine conditions and its physical properties were investigated. according to the results, the contact angle and active content of spin finish oil play an important role in the uniformity and physical properties of the filament yarn. more oil active content leads to lower tension of the spinning line and decrease tenacity of the yarn, also whatever the contact angle decreases, uniformity of the yarn will increase
