سنتز سبز نقاط کوانتومی گرافن‌ دوپ شده با نیتروژن و گوگرد با خاصیت فتوکاتالیستی و فلورسانس

در این پژوهش، با استفاده از ملاس نیشکر، نانومواد نقاط کوانتومی گرافن دوپ شده با نیتروژن و گوگرد (s,n-gqds) به روش هیدروترمال، سنتز شده است. این ترکیب دارای خاصیت فتوکاتالیستی و فلورسانس است که جذب فلورسانس نمونه سنتز شده توسط آزمون uv-vis مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نقاط کوانتومی گرافن دارای دو جذب در طول موج nm263 و 328 است. برای تعیین خاصیت فتوکاتالیستی، از متیلن بلو به عنوان رنگزای مرجع استفاده شد. برای به‌کارگیری نقاط کوانتومی گرافن روی پارچه پشمی از روش رمق کشی استفاده شد و برای بررسی میزان خاصیت فتوکاتالیستی، نمونه در محلول رنگزا تحت لامپ زنون قرار گرفت. پس از گذشت 100 دقیقه رنگزا تخریب شد. غلظت رنگزای موجود به کمک آزمون uv-vis اندازه گیری شد. از این ماده می توان برای تصفیه پساب رنگی استفاده کرد.

green synthesis of graphene quantum dots doped with nitrogen and sulfur with photocatalytic and fluorescence properties

in this research, using sugarcane molasses, graphene quantum dots doped with nitrogen and sulfur (s,n-gqds) have been synthesized by hydrothermal method. this compound has photocatalytic and fluorescence properties; which fluorescence absorption of the synthesized sample has been investigated by uv-vis test. graphene quantum dots have two peaks in the 263 and 328 nm. to determine the photocatalytic property, methylene blue has been used as a reference dye. to apply graphene quantum dots on wool fabric, the exhaustion method was used, and then to check the level of photocatalytic property, the samples were placed in the dye solution under xenon lamp. after 100 minutes, the dye was degraded. the concentration of the remaining dye was measured by uv-vis test. this material can be used for refining colored wastewater.
