تاثیر سفیدکننده ‌نوری در بهبود رنگ پارچه جین آبی

جین یک پارچه بادوام و زبر است که برای بهبود زیردست و ظاهر آن از عملیات سنگشویی و تکمیل با مواد شیمیایی مختلف، استفاده می‌شود. زردی و کدر شدن پوشاک جین به دلیل استفاده از اکسیدکننده‌های مختلف و لکه‌گذاری توسط پساب هنگام عملیات سنگشویی، از مشکلات اساسی این صنعت است. برای برطرف کردن زردی ایجاد شده، افزایش خلوص رنگ آبی و شفاف و درخشنده‌تر شدن پوشاک جین، در مرحله‌ی تکمیل از سفیدکننده‌های نوری استفاده می‌شود. با توجه به تاثیر متغیرهای مختلف بر جذب و عملکرد سفیدکننده‌های نوری، در این تحقیق با استفاده از روش سطح پاسخ (rsm) و طرح مرکب مرکزی (ccd) یک آزمایش طراحی شده و متغیرهای دما، ph و میزان نمک با بررسی مولفه b* (آبی-زردی) نمونه‌ها بهینه‌سازی شده و مشخص شد که افزایش دما، نمک سدیم‌کلرید و همچنین محیط قلیایی باعث بهبود شفافیت و درخشندگی پارچه شده و میزان زردی نیز کاهش می‌یابد.

the effect of optical brightener in improving the color of blue denim fabric

denim is a durable and rough fabric, which is used in stone washing to improve its handle and appearance. the yellowness and dullness of denim due to the use of chlorinate oxidizers and back staining during the stone washing is one of the basic problems of this industry. in order to remove the yellowness, increase the purity of the blue color and make the denim more bright, optical brighteners are used in the finishing stage. considering the effect of different variables on the performance of optical brighteners, in this research an experiment was designed using response surface methodology and the central composite design and the variables of temperature, ph and salt by examining the b* value (blueness-yellowness) of samples were optimized. it was found that the increase in temperature, salt and alkaline solution improved the brightness of the fabric and the amount of yellowness was also reduced
