هزینه‌های سربار قبل از تولید در صنعت ریسندگی پنبه‌ای ایران: چالش‌ها و راهکارها

پنبه یکی از تولیدات مهم کشاورزی و عمده‌ترین ماده اولیه کارخانجات ریسندگی پنبه‌ای کشور است که به طلای سفید مشهور است. در حال حاضر متوسط تولید پنبه در ایران کمتر از ظرفیت مصرفی بخش ریسندگی کشور است. عواملی از قبیل کاهش کیفیت، ورود الیاف بیگانه، ضعف در بسته‌بندی و رطوبت مجاز باعث بروز مشکلاتی در سیستم ریسندگی و افزایش قیمت تمام شده نخ می‌شود که اغلب به دلیل عرف شدن این مشکلات در چرخه تولید، تصفیه و تجارت پنبه کشور همواره چالش‌هایی را به همراه دارد. به‌ طور کلی هر کیلو پنبۀ‌ داخلی وارد شده به کارخانجات ریسندگی، حدود 5/4% هزینه غیرمتعارف داشته که این مقدار در پروسۀ تولید به حدود 5/6% هم افزایش پیدا می‌کند. در این مقالۀ تحلیلی، به بررسی عواملی همچون اختلاف وزن، رطوبت مجاز، نوع بسته‌بندی، کیفیت و عرف تجارت پنبۀ داخل کشور و تاثیر آن در پیدایش این هزینه سربار و راهکارهای لازم می‌پردازیم.

overhead costs before production in iranian cotton spinning industry: challenges and solutions

cotton is one of the important agricultural products and the main raw material of the iranian cotton spinning factories. the average production of this valuable material in iran is less than the consumption capacity of the country’s spinning sector. factors such as low quality, foreign fibers, poor packing and acceptable humidity cause problems in the spinning system, increasing the final price of the yarn. although these are regarded as common problems in the country’s cotton production, refining and trading cycle, they may result in serious challenges. generally each kg of domestic cotton imported to the spinning factories has an unconventional cost of about 4.5%, which is reached to about 6.5% during the production proccess. the type of packaging, quality, custom of domestic cotton trade, and their effects on the emergence of the overhead cost and the related solutions have been discussed in this paper.
