بررسی خواص راحتی در پارچه‌های حلقوی‌پودی ریب پلی­استری با میزان تغذیه نخ‌کشی متفاوت

پارچه ­های حلقوی­پودی، گروهی از منسوجات هستند که به دلیل داشتن خاصیت الاستیک، در تولید پوشاک به ­خصوص پوشاک ورزشی مورد استفاده قرار می­گیرند؛ از این رو، بررسی عوامل موثر بر راحتی این دسته از منسوجات از اهمیت ویژه­ای برخوردار است. در این مطالعه، از چهار پارچه حلقوی­پودی از جنس پلی­استر/لایکرا با طرح بافت یکسان استفاده شده­است که مقدار تغذیه نخ کشسان در این پارچه ­ها متفاوت است. برای بررسی خواص راحتی آنها، ویژگی­هایی از جمله ضخامت، نفوذپذیری هوا، قابلیت عبور بخارآب و خاصیت عایق گرمایی پارچه ­ها مورد آزمایش قرار گرفته ­اند و تاثیر نسبت حضور نخ کشسان در پارچه بر خواص راحتی آنها بررسی شده ­است. نتایج حاصل نشان می­دهد که با افزایش مقدار تغذیه نخ کشسان در پارچه، ضخامت پارچه افزایش و فضاهای خالی در ساختار آن کمتر می­شود و به ­دنبال آن خواصی از جمله قابلیت عبوردهی بخارآب، نفوذپذیری هوا و مقاومت گرمایی کاهش می­ یابد.

investigating the comfort properties of polyester rib weft knitting fabrics with different elastic yarn feeding rates

weft knitting fabrics are a group of textiles that are used in the production of clothing, especially sport clothing due to the placement of yarn in the form of a loop in the fabric and having elastic properties. in the same direction, in this study, four weft knitting fabrics made of polyester/lycra with the same knit structure have been used and the feeding amounts of elastic yarn in these fabrics are different. in order to examine their comfort properties, features such as thickness, air permeability, water vapor permeability and thermal insulation of fabrics have been tested and the effect of ratio of elastic yarns presence in fabric has been studied on their comfort properties. the results of this study show that by increasing the amount of elastic yarn in the fabric, the thickness of the fabric increase, and the empty spaces in its structure decrease, and as a result, properties such as water vapor permeability, air permeability and thermal resistance decrease.
