بررسی رفتار کیس‌خوردگی درز در پارچه تاری و پودی با ساختار باز

در این مطالعه رفتار کیس‌خوردگی پارچه‌های تاری‌پودی با ساختار باز مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نمونه‌های پارچه با طرح بافت مختلف شامل تافته، پاناما، سرژه2/2، سرژه1/3 و سرژه1/7 تهیه شده است. نمونه‌ها با استفاده از نخ دوخت مغزی‌دار ریسیده شده پلی‌استری و دوخت لاک‌استیچ با طول بخیه‌های 2، 3 و 4 میلی‌متر دوخته شده‌اند. مقدار کشش نخ دوخت در ماشین دوزندگی در سطح زیاد تنظیم شده و برای همه نمونه‌ها ثابت بوده است. همچنین تاثیر فرآیند شستشو و اتوزنی بر کیس‌خوردگی درز بررسی شده است. نتایج به دست آمده از ارزیابی کیفی کیس‌خوردگی درز بیانگر آن است که به دلیل تراکم‌ کم بافت پارچه‌ها، تاثیر طرح بافت بر درجه کیس‌خوردگی درز روند مشخصی نداشته است. در حالی که کاهش طول بخیه، موجب افزایش درجه کیس­خوردگی درز شده است. ارزیابی تاثیر عملیات شستشو و اتوزنی بر درجه کیس‌خوردگی درز نشان داده است که هر دو فرآیند موجب بهبود ظاهر دوخت شده ­اند.

investigating the seam puckering in loose woven fabrics

in this study, the seam puckering of loose woven fabrics are investigated. to this end, woven fabrics with various weave structures including plain, hopsack, twil 2/2, twil 3/1 and twil 7/1 were used. test samples were sewn with polyester core spun sewing thread by lockstitch with the stitch length of 2, 3 and 4 mm. the thread tension was set at high level that was constant for all samples. in addition, the influence of washing and ironing on the seam puckering of samples were evaluated. the outcomes of subjective evaluation of seam puckering samples presented that due to the low weave density, the influence of weave structure on the subjective grade of seam puckering did not follow a specific trend. however, reduction of seam length leads to the increment of subjective grade of seam puckering samples. assessment of the impact of washing and ironing process on the subjective grade of seam puckering samples presented that both processes improve the seam appearance
