بررسی عیوب پارچه با استفاده از روش تحلیل خطاهای بالقوه و آثار آن

عیوب پارچه بر زیبایی و ظاهر و حتی فروش آن نیز تاثیرگذار است. به ‌دست آوردن دلایل ایجاد عیب در پارچه ها و ارائه راهکارهایی برای رفع آن ها حائز اهمیت است. زیرا که عیوب از نظر کمی و کیفی بر محصول تاثیرگذار است. در این مطالعه روشی کاربردی به نام تحلیل خطا های بالقوه و آثار آن برای شناسایی بحرانی ترین خطاها و کاهش آثار مخرب آنها به کار برده شده است. در این مطالعه، ابتدا عیوب موثر بر کیفیت پارچه و برخی از مشخصه‌های مهم کیفی در فرآیند تولید مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های به‌ دست‌ آمده، عیوب پارچه شناسایی و رتبه بندی شد. با توجه به نتایج، مهم ترین عامل در کیفیت پارچه تولید شده، عیب کوبیدگی است. همچنین نیروی انسانی، تجهیزات سالم، همکاری تمام اعضا در این سامانه و مدیریت صحیح فرآیند تولید در کیفیت پارچه بسیار موثر است.

studying the fabric defects by failure-mode-and-effects (fmea) analysis and its effects

fabric defects affect the beauty and appearance and even its sales. it is important to find out the causes of fabric defects and provide solutions to fix them. because defects affect the product quantitatively and qualitatively. this paper introduces a technique called failure-mode-and-effects analysis (fmea) to recognize or monitor and reduce the harmful effects of the most critical errors in a weaving system. in this study, first, the defects affecting the quality of fabric and some important qualitative characteristics in the production process were investigated. by analyzing data, the defects of the fabric were identified and ranked. according to the results, the most important factor in the quality of the produced fabric is the defect of beating. also, the workforce, healthy equipment, the cooperation of all members in this system, and the correct management of the production process are very effective in fabric quality.
