چکیده    Wireless body area network (wban) is a kind of wireless sensor networks (wsns) that measures, monitors, and controls various medical conditions in telemedicine ecosystems. this study doing to achieve the permanent control of monitoring on health at first. next simplifying healthcare of a patient in the hospital or home, more physical movement and introducing orientation protocols with energy efficient are the goals of this research. a new method is presented in this project for energy efficiency in the wban. this method is suggested to decrease the required memory, the size of wearable devices, and overload. in addition, communications and transmission procedures for energy efficient are presented and evaluated.
