تحلیل زیست محیطی و استراتژیک مدیریت جامع تالاب بین المللی قوری گول با استفاده از مدل راهبردی swot

امروزه با توسعه جوامع بشری اکوسیستم ها و مناطق حفاظت شده در معرض خطر و تخریب بشر قرار گرفته اند، که اعمال روش های مدیریتی جهت حفاظت از این مناطق ضروری می باشد. در این میان اکوسیستم های تالابی بلحاظ شرایط خاص و اهمیت اکولوژیکی آنها نیاز به حمایت بیشتری دارند. تالاب قوری گول همواره با مشکلات عدیده انسان زاد و طبیعی مواجه بوده است از این رو لازم است به منظور حفاظت از این تالاب، مدیریت بهینه منابع و سیاست های مناسب محیط زیستی اتخاذ گردد. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی جامع توانمندی ها وتنگناهای تالاب قوری گول در راستای حفاظت و مدیریت بهینه آن با استفاده از روش swot و ارائه راهبردهای مدیریتی به منظور بهبود وضعیت حفاظتی موجود و تقویت نقاط قوت و استفاده از فرصت ها است. دراین پژوهش ابتدا نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت ها و تهدیدات تالاب شناسایی شد و به وسیله کارشناسان وزن دهی شد. سپس در فرایند تحلیل swot ماتریس عوامل داخلی (ife) و ماتریس عوامل خارجی (efe) تشکیل و راهبردهای مناسب ارائه گردید. با توجه به نتایج نمره نهایی ماتریس عوامل داخلی که 2.86 محاسبه گردید نشانگر ضعف مدیریت عوامل داخلی سیستم بوده و همچنین نمره نهایی ماتریس عوامل خارجی نیز 2.91 بوده که نشانگر وضعیت خوب عوامل خارجی نسبت به عوامل داخلی است ولی شرایط مطلوب را نشان نمی دهد نتیجه گیری می شود که تهدیدات پیش روی حفاظت در منطقه بیشتر از فرصت ها است و نیازمند اعمال استراتژی های مدیریتی مناسب برای استفاده بهینه از فرصت های خارجی در جهت کاهش تهدیدات موجود می باشد.

environmental and strategic analysis of gouri gol international wetland integrated management

abstract: today, with the development of human societies, ecosystems and protected areas have been endangered and destroyed by human beings, and management practices to protect these areas are essential. in the meantime, wetlands ecosystems need more support in terms of their specific ecological conditions. quri gol wetland has been encountered with many human and natural problems. therefore, it is necessary to manage optimal resources and environmental policies in order to protect this wetland. the purpose of this study is to assess the comprehensive capabilities of the qurili gol wetlands in order to protect and manage it optimally using the swot method and provide management strategies to improve the existing conservation status, strengthen the strengths and use of opportunities. in this research, first, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the wetland were identified and assessed by experts. then, in the process of swot analysis, the internal factors evaluation (ife) and external factors evaluation (efe) were formulated and appropriate strategies were presented. according to the results of the final score, the internal factor matrix, which was calculated 2.86, indicates a weakness in the internal factors management of the system, and the final score of the external factors matrix is also 2.91, which indicates the good condition of the external factors relative to the internal factors but does not show favorable conditions. conclusion it can be said that threats to conservation in the region are more than opportunities and require the implementation of appropriate management strategies for the optimal use of foreign opportunities to reduce existing threats.
