واکاوی پیامدهای حضور زنان شاغل در اقامتگاه های بوم گردی حاشیه بیابان لوت

مقدمه: مشارکت زنان در توسعه اقتصادی در تمام سطوح و تمام بخشها برای ساختن اقتصادهایی محکم و ثابت، ضروری است. گردشگری یکی از فعالیتهایی است که به دلیل تنوع در مشاغل ، فرصت های قابل توجهی برای زنان ایجاد می کند. با توجه به اهمیت نقش زنان در افزایش درآمد خانواده و کاهش هزینه های تولید، یکی از راه‌های توسعه پایدار روستاها، تقویت نقش زنان فعال در حوزه اقامتگاه های بوم گردی و گردشگری روستایی بیان گردیده است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش ارائه تحلیل شبکه مضمونی پیامدهای حاصل از حضور زنان شاغل در اقامتگاه های بوم گردی حاشیه بیابان جهانی لوت می باشد. داده و روش: در این پژوهش از روش‌شناسی کیفی مردم نگاری استفاده شده است. بیست نفر از زنان شاغل در این اقامتگاه ها از طریق نمونه-گیری هدفمند انتخاب و مورد مصاحبه عمیق قرار گرفتند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل شبکه مضامین اتراید-استرلینگ استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: در فرآیند شش مرحله ای تحلیل، 82 کد اولیه به 11 تم بنیادین، 2 تم سازمان دهنده و یک تم فراگیر «ارتقاء سطح کمی و کیفی زندگی زنان در جامعه» به عنوان پیامدهای حضور در مشاغل گردشگری تقلیل یافتند.نتیجه‌گیری: تحلیل شبکه مضامین حاکی از آن است که ورود به دنیای گردشگری برای زنان موردمطالعه در این تحقیق، دارای پیامدهای مشخص و قابل توجهی بوده است که در سطح فردی و اجتماعی باعث ارتقاء سطح کیفی و کمی زندگی این زنان در جامعه شده است. آنها از طرفی به توسعه در سطح فردی دست‌یافته و از طرف دیگر، به درجات والای توسعه اجتماعی و کسب رضایتمندی‌های اجتماعی دست‌یافته‌اند.

analyzing the consequences of the presence of women working in ecolodges of the edge of the lut desert

introduction: women's participation in economic development at all levels and in all sectors is necessary to build strong and stable economies. tourism is one of the activities that creates significant opportunities for women due to the variety of jobs. considering the importance of women's role in increasing family income and reducing production costs, one of the ways of sustainable development of villages is to strengthen the role of active women in the field of ecolodges and rural tourism. the main goal of this research is to provide a thematic network analysis of the consequences of the presence of women working in ecolodges on the edge of the lut desert.data and method: qualitative ethnographic methodology has been used in this research. twenty women working in these residences were selected through purposeful sampling and subjected to in-depth interviews. attride-stirling theme network analysis was used to analyze the data.results: in the six-step process of analysis, 82 primary codes were reduced to 11 fundamental themes, 2 organizing themes, and an overarching theme of 'improving the quality and quantity of women's lives in society' as consequences of being in tourism jobs. conclusion: the analysis of the network of themes indicates that entering the world of tourism for the women studied in this research has had specific and significant consequences that have improved the quality and quantity of these women's lives in the society at the individual and social level. on the one hand, they have achieved development at the individual level, and on the other hand, they have achieved high levels of social development and social satisfaction.
