بررسی چالش ها و موانع گردشگری دشت لوت

مقدمه: امروزه کشور ایران با توجه به فرصت ها و قابلیت های بالقوه گردشگری، هنوز نتوانسته جایگاه مناسبی در میان دیگر کشورها در عرصه گردشگری داشته باشد. مطالعات سیاستی و نظری گواه این واقعیت است که بین رویکرد علمی و عملی در توسعه گردشگری ایران شکاف وجود دارد، به عبارت دیگر در رویکرد علمی نشان از قابلیتها و مزیت ها ولی در رویکردهای عملی، نشان از ضعف در استفاده از مزیت رقابتی دارد، لذا ضروری است که با توجه به نظریه های متعدد، از دیدگاهی تخصصی و جامع به این موضوع پرداخته شود. هدف از این مقاله بررسی موانع گردشکری دشت لوت می باشد.داده و روش: روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی است که تلاش شده است بر مبنای شناخت پتانسیل ها و چالش های توسعه گردشگری، استراتژی های منطبق بر واقعیت جهت توسعه گردشگری در ارتباط با گردشگری بیابان لوت ارایه گردد.یافته‌ها: چالش های گردشگری دشت لوت عبارتند از: چالش های مربوط سیاستگذاری و برنامه ریزی، چالش های مربوط به حمل ونقل و ارتباطات، چالش های مربوط به هتلداری و اقامت، چالش های مربوط به زیرساخت ها و امکانات رفاهی و تفریحی، چالش های مربوط به آموزش و راهنمای گردشگران و چالش های مربوط به محیط زیست می باشد. که برای رفع موانع شاخص های موثر توسعه کارآفرینی گردشگری و رفع موانع پیشنهاد می گردد که عبارتند از: راهکارهای اقتصادی- اجتماعی، راهکارهای آموزشی- فرهنگی، راهکارهای سیاسی- نهادی، راهکارهای فضایی، راهکارهای کالبد محور و زیرساخت و تنوع و کیفیت محیط زیستی جاذبه ها را می توان نام برد.نتیجه‌گیری: بیابان لوت به عنوان یکی از جاذبه های طبیعی شرق ایران میتواند به عنوان یکی از ظرفیت ها، در جهت توسعه اقتصاد محلی، شرق ایران و اقتصاد ملی مورد توجه قرار گیرد. جاذبه های بی نظیر بیابان لوت که ثبات جهانی شده است نیازمند توجه دقیق و اصولی برنامه ریزان و سیاست گذاران ملی و محلی است تا با برنامه ریزی صحیح و کارامد از این پتانسیل در جهت گردشگری پایدار توسعه محلی، ناحیه ای و ملی بهره برداری گردد.

examining the challenges and obstacles of lut plain tourism

introduction: today, according to the opportunities and potential capabilities of tourism, iran has not been able to have a suitable position among other countries in the field of tourism. political and theoretical studies prove the fact that there is a gap between the scientific and practical approach in the development of iran's tourism, in other words, in the scientific approach, it shows capabilities and advantages, but in practical approaches, it shows weakness in using competitive advantage. therefore, it is necessary to deal with this issue from a specialized and comprehensive point of view, according to several theories. the purpose of this article is to investigate tourism barriers in lut plain.data and method: the research method in this research is descriptive-analytical, based on the recognition of the potentials and challenges of tourism development, realistic strategies have been presented for the development of tourism in connection with lut desert tourism. results: the challenges of lut plain tourism include: challenges related to policy and planning, challenges related to transportation and communication, challenges related to hotel management and accommodation, challenges related to infrastructure and comfort and entertainment facilities, the challenges are related to the education and guidance of tourists and the challenges related to the environment. which are suggested to remove the obstacles of the effective indicators of the development of tourism entrepreneurship and to remove the obstacles, which are: economic-social solutions, educational-cultural solutions, political-institutional solutions, spatial solutions, body-oriented solutions and infrastructure and environmental diversity and quality the attractions can be named.conclusion: lut desert as one of the natural attractions of eastern iran can be considered as one of the capacities for the development of local economy, eastern iran and national economy. the unique attractions of the lut desert, which has become a global phenomenon, require the careful and principled attention of national and local planners and policymakers, so that this potential can be exploited in the direction of sustainable tourism for local, regional and national development with correct and efficient planning.
