بررسی ترجیحات باغداران مرکبات شهرستان تنکابن جهت مصون‌سازی در مقابل مخاطرات آب‌وهوایی

با توجه به اهمیت بحث بیمه محصولات کشاورزی در جهت کاهش ریسک درآمد باغداران و همچنین میزان وابستگی زیاد عملکرد باغات در استان مازندران از شرایط آب و هوایی در این پژوهش به بررسی ترجیحات باغداران مرکبات شهرستان تنکابن جهت مصون‌سازی در مقابل مخاطرات آب‌وهوایی پرداخته شد. اطلاعات لازم از طریق تکمیل 378 پرسشنامه از باغداران منطقه به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده جمع‌آوری شد. در ادامه اطلاعات از طریق نرم‌افزار شازم و مدل توبیت به روش دو مرحله‌ای هکمن برآورد شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که تاثیر متغیر شغل غیر باغداری بر احتمال پذیرش بیمه شاخص آب و هوایی منفی و تاثیر متغیرهای سابقه خسارت و اقدام برای سازگاری با تغییر اقلیم بر احتمال پذیرش بیمه شاخص آب و هوایی مثبت ارزیابی شده است. همچنین نتایج تخمین مرحله دوم نشان داد که نسبت عکس میلز معنی‌دار بوده و نشان دهنده این موضوع است که متغیرهای اثرگذار در مرحله تصمیم و اقدام باغداران به بیمه شاخص آب و هوایی متفاوت می‌باشد. همچنین تاثیر متغیرهای متوسط عملکرد (درآمد باغدار) و آگاهی از روش‌های مقابله با سرمازندگی باغات دارای تاثیر منفی و معنی‌داری بر میزان تمایل به پرداخت بیمه شاخص آب و هوایی داشته‌اند. با توجه به نتایج، برگزاری کلاس‌های متناسب با شرایط منطقه و شرایط سنی افراد، پیگیری دقیق و به موقع کارشناسان از محل خسارت و همچنین انجام تبلیغات مفید از طریق رسانه‌های جمعی به برنامه‌ریزان این عرصه پیشنهاد شد.

investigating the preferences of citrus gardeners of tonekabon city for hedging against weather hazards

considering the importance of agricultural product insurance in order to reduce the risk of gardeners income, as well as the high degree of dependence of garden yield in mazandaran province on weather conditions, in this research, the preferences of citrus gardeners in tonkabon city were investigated in order to protect against weather hazards. the necessary information was collected by completing 378 questionnaires from gardeners in the region by simple random sampling. next, the information was estimated through the shazam software and the tobit model using heckman s two-step method. the results showed that the effect of the non-horticultural occupation variable on the probability of accepting negative climate index insurance and the effect of the variables of damage history and action to adapt to climate change on the probability of accepting positive climate index insurance were evaluated. also, the results of the estimation of the second stage showed that the inverse mills ratio was significant and it indicates that the influencing variables are different in the decision and action stage of gardeners to weather index insurance. also, the effect of average performance variables (gardener s income) and knowledge of the methods of dealing with garden freezing have had a negative and significant effect on the willingness to pay for climate index insurance. according to the results, it was suggested to the planners of this field to hold classes appropriate to the conditions of the region and the age of the people, follow up the experts from the damage site accurately and on time, and also carry out useful advertisements through mass media
