بررسی شایستگی‌های مدیران و معلمان در توسعه سواد اطلاعاتی دانش‌آموزان مقطع ابتدایی استان مازندران

سواد اطلاعاتی را انتخاب رفتار اطلاعاتی مناسب، برای دستیابی به اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق هر روش یا رسانه ممکن و با آگاهی لازم در خصوص اهمیت استفاده خردمندانه و صحیح از اطلاعات تعریف کرده است. که این حوزه نیز مانند سایر حوزه‌های مهم در حیطه آموزش و پرورش مورد توجه ویژه قرار گرفته است و مدیران و معلمان به عنوان عامل اصلی در این حوزه در نظر گرفته شده است، در این راستا پژوهش حاضر، کیفی و از نظر ماهیت پژوهش از نوع پدیدارشناسی اکتشافی است و به دنبال بررسی شایستگی‌های مدیران و معلمان در توسعه سواد اطلاعاتی دانش‌آموزان مقطع ابتدایی استان مازندران، است، جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه مدیران و معلمان ابتدایی شهر بابلسر در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 می‌باشد، همچنین نمونه آماری پژوهش متناسب با اهداف پژوهش و تا زمان رسیدن به اشباع نظری بود و به همین منظور تعداد 15 مصاحبه صورت گرفت که تا اشباع نظری ادامه یافت و پاسخ جدیدی از مصاحبه شوندگان دریافت نشد. همچنین ابزارگردآوری داده‌های پژوهش شامل مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته در ارتباط با مولفه‌های شایستگی‌های مدیران و معلمان در توسعه سواد اطلاعاتی دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی استان مازندران بود. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبه شوندگان و کدگزاری حاصل از آنها 5 مولفه اصلی شایستگی فنی؛ شایستگی علمی و آموزشی؛ شایستگی اجتماعی و فرهنگی؛ شایستگی مدیریتی و شایستگی فردی، را مورد تایید قرار داده است.

examining the competences of managers and teachers in the development of information literacy of elementary school students in mazandaran province

information literacy is defined as the choice of appropriate information behavior to obtain the required information through any possible method or media and with the necessary knowledge about the importance of wise and correct use of information. this area, like other important areas in the field of education, has received special attention and managers and teachers are considered as the main factors in this area, in this regard, the current research is qualitative and in terms of the nature of the research phenomenology is exploratory and seeks to examine the competences of managers and teachers in the development of information literacy of elementary school students in mazandaran province, the statistical population of the present study includes all managers and elementary teachers of babolsar city in the academic year 1402-1401, and the statistical sample of the research is appropriate to the objectives the research was conducted until theoretical saturation was reached, and for this purpose, 15 interviews were conducted, which continued until theoretical saturation and no new answers were received from the interviewees. also, the research data collection tool included a semi-structured interview in relation to the components of the competences of managers and teachers in the development of information literacy of elementary school students in mazandaran province. the results of the analysis of the interviewees and the resulting coding of the 5 main components of technical competence; academic and educational competence; social and cultural competence; management competence and individual competence have been approved.
