بررسی نقش عوامل موثر در توسعه شهری بر بهبود مدیریت شهری، مطالعه موردی :شهرداری مشهد

افزایش سطح شهرها و رشد شهرنشینی طی دهه های اخیر، در بسیاری از شهرها با تخریب مکان های شهری و افزایش نابرابریهای بهداشتی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی، در مقیاس وسیع، بین ساکنان همراه بوده است. در تحقیق حاضر به بررسی نقش عوامل موثر در توسعه شهری بر بهبود مدیریت شهری در شهرداری مشهد پرداخته شد. تحقیق فوق از نظر هدف، کاربردی واز منظر روش، توصیفی میباشد. تعداد نمونه، 132 نفر از کلیه پرسنل شهرداری مشهد که به صورت تصادفی ساده و براساس فرمول کوکران انتخاب شد که با استفاده از آزمون کلومروف اسمیرینوف، تی تک نمونه ای و رتبه بندی فریدمن به بررسی تاثیر بین فرضیه ها پرداخته شد. . نتایج تحقیقات نشان می دهد که قدرت رابطه میان تمامی متغیرها مقدار قابل توجهی محسوب می‌شود. آماره آزمون بزرگتر از مقدار بحرانی t در سطح خطای 5% یعنی 96/1 بوده و نشان می‌دهد همبستگی مشاهده شده معنادار است. بنابراین با اطمینان 95% تمامی فرضیه هابه اثبات رسید و در پایان پیشنهاداتی ارائه شد.

investigating the effective factors in urban development on urban management, case study: mashhad municipality

the increase in the level of cities and the growth of urbanization during the last decades, in many cities, has been accompanied by the destruction of urban places and the increase of health, social and economic inequalities, on a large scale, among the residents. in this research, the role of effective factors in urban development on the improvement of urban management in mashhad municipality was investigated. the above research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method. the sample number is 132 people from all the personnel of mashhad municipality, who were selected by simple random method and based on cochran s formula, and the influence between hypotheses was investigated using klumrov-smirinov test, one-sample t-test, and friedman s ranking. the research results show that the strength of the relationship between all the variables is a significant value. the test statistic is greater than the critical value of t at the 5% error level, i.e. 1.96, and it shows that the observed correlation is significant. therefore, all the hypotheses were proven with 95% confidence and suggestions were presented at the end
