نسبت مدیریت علمی و مدیریت فقهی

جهان بینی دینی مبتنی بر اصول بنیادی دین است. در اسلام، اساس جهان بینی توحید است و جهان بینی توحیدی یعنی درک اینکه جهان از یک مشیت حکیمانه پدید آمده است و نظام هستی براساس خیر و رحمت و رساندن موجودات به کمال شایسته آنهاست. در اسلام هرکاری با نام خدا آغاز می شود و با اتکاء به او جریان می یابد اندیشه توحید بر سراسر وجود یک مسلمان واقعی حاکم است و او هیچ چیز را شریک خدا قرار نمی دهد. فعالیت علمی او نیز باید جهت گیری الهی داشته باشد. هدف علم از دیدگاه اسلام در بعد نظری، کشف آیات الهی در آفاق و انفس و در بعد علمی، استفاده از امکاناتی است که خداوند برای بشر فراهم نموده است در جهت رفع نیازهای مشروع فردی و اجتماعی و اعتلای جامعه اسلامی. اگر مطالعه طبیعت، جامعه و انسان در چهارچوب جهان بینی دینی انجام گیرد آن را علم دینی می خوانند و اگر فارغ از جهان بینی دینی صورت گیرد آن را علم سکولار می نامند. کسى که فقه را در افق اداره جامعه ببیند و فقیه را شایسته رهبرى‌ حکومت و در ولایت اجتماعى جانشین امام معصوم بداند، انقلاب اسلامى را خواهد پذیرفت. و لذا بصیرت فقهى و اعتقاد به حرکت فقیهانه و در ادامه، مدیریت فقهى، سبب مى‌شود که به ولایت فقیه رسید. بنابراین، اگر فقه را در مدیریت و اداره جامعه و توسعه دیندارى در افق حکومت و تقویت جبهه حق و اقامه دین ببینیم، حال چه تفکر تفکیکى داشته باشیم و چه اندیشه فلسفى، ولایت فقیه و انقلاب اسلامى را پذیرا خواهیم شد.
