نظام آموزش و پرورش هر جامعه به طور آشکار و پنهان، هنجارها و نگرش‌های خاصی را به فراگیران انتقال می دهد و دانش آموزان در دوران ابتدایی به عنوان تاثیر پذیرترین دوره رشد فردی شان در معرض آموزش این برنامه های آشکار و پنهان می باشند که از آنها تجربه کسب کرده و فرهنگ و ارزش های مورد نیازشان را از نهاد مدرسه و آموزش و پرورش به عنوان نهادی مطمئن کسب نمایند. این اثربخشی به مراتب بسیار بیشتر از روش های مستقیم آگاهانه خواهد بود؛ بنابراین مدرسه و کلاس درس مکانی است که می تواند جهت دهنده ی رشد همه جانبه دانش آموزان شود. با توجه به متن سندتحول بنیادین (شایستگی های پایه شامل مجموعه ای ترکیبی از صفات و توانمندی های فردی و جمعی ناظر به همه جنبه های هویت (عقلانی، عاطفی، ارادی و عملی ) و نیز تمام مولفه های جامعه بر اساس نظام معیار اسلامی است که متربیان برای دستیابی به مراتب حیات طیبه جهت درک موقعیت خود و دیگران و عمل فردی و جمعی برای بهبود مستمر آن، باید این گونه صفات و توانمندی ها را به کار ببندند. لذا در این مقاله باتوجه به این که یکی از وظایف اصلی و اساسی مربیان و دست اندرکاران عرصه ی تعلیم و تربیت، پرورش انسانی است که مطابق با توصیف آورده شده؛ شایستگی های پایه را کسب کرده باشد، بر آن شدیم تا به اهمیت برنامه درسی آشکار و پنهان مبتنی بر اسناد تحولی آموزش و پرورش و تاثیر آن بر یادگیری، رشد مهارت های اجتماعی و هویت بخشی در دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی به روش مروری و کتابخانه ای بپردازیم و این مهم تحقق نمی یابد مگر با ایمان قلبی و باور به توانمندی های خود، برنامه ریزی صحیح و هدایت شده و اهمیت به مراتب گفته شده در اسناد تحولی مرتبط با حیطه ی تعلیم و تربیت که براین اساس شاهد رشد و تعالی دانش آموزان و آینده سازان این مرز و بوم خواهیم بود.

the education system of every society openly and covertly transmits certain norms and attitudes to the learners, and students are exposed to these overt and covert programs during the primary period as the most effective period of their individual growth. gain experience and acquire the culture and values ??they need from the institution of school and education as a reliable institution. this effectiveness will be much more than direct conscious methods; therefore, school and classroom is a place that can guide the all-round development of students. according to the text of the fundamental transformation document (basic competences include a combination of individual and collective attributes and capabilities that cover all aspects of identity (rational, emotional, voluntary and practical) and also all the components of society based on the islamic standard system, which in order to reach the level of a good life, in order to understand the situation of themselves and others, and individual and collective action for its continuous improvement, students should use such qualities and abilities.therefore, in this article, considering that one of the main and fundamental duties of trainers and those involved in the field of education and training is human development, which is given according to the description; has acquired the basic competencies, we decided to highlight the importance of the overt and hidden curriculum based on the transformational documents of education and its impact on learning, the development of social skills and identity formation in primary school students through a review and library method. and this important thing will not be realized except with heart faith and belief in one s capabilities, correct and guided planning and the importance stated in the transformational documents related to the field of education, which is based on witnessing the growth and excellence of students and we will be the future builders of this border.
