طراحی و اعتباریابی الگویی در جهت تقویت مولفه های شادی و نشاط از منظر قرآن و روایات در آموزش و پرورش

تحقیق حاضر نیز به دنبال مطالعه و طراحی و اعتباریابی الگویی در جهت تقویت مولفه های شادی و نشاط از منظر قران و روایات در آموزش و پرورش میباشد بنابراین از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از حیث روش، توصیفی -تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل معلمان و متخصصان، مسئولان نظام آموزشی است. برای نمونه گیری از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس بخاطر شرایط ویروس کرونا و عدم دسترسی به معلمان و متخصصان استفاده شد که پرسشنامه در بین 312 نفر توزیع گردید. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از نمونه آماری و به منظور آزمون سوال های تنظیم شده این تحقیق، از پرسشنامهایی که با توجه به متغیرهای تحقیق و عملیاتی نمودن آنها تنظیم شده، استفاده شد. پرسشنامه حاضر محقق ساخته با استفاده از بهره گیری از مبانی نطری و ادبیات تحقیق تنظیم شد.به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای به دست آمده از پرسشنامههای جمعآوری شده از روشهای آماری توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده گردید. در سطح استنباطی برای آزمون سوالات تحقیق از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی و جهت اولویتبندی مولفه های شادی و نشاط از منظر قران و روایات در آموزش و پرورش از آزمون فریدمن با نرمافزار spss و lisrell استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین میزان تاثیر هریک از عوامل شش گانه موثر بر شادی و نشاط از منظر قران و روایات در آموزش و پرورش معنی‌داری وجود دارد. بطوری که از بین عوامل شش گانه موثر بر شادی و نشاط از منظر قران و روایات در آموزش و پرورش بیشترین عوامل محیطی و پرهیز از لهو تاثیر را بر شادی و نشاط از منظر قران و روایات در آموزش و پرورش دارد.

the current research also seeks to study and design and validate a model to strengthen the components of happiness and joy from the perspective of the qur an and traditions in education, so it is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. the statistical population of the research includes teachers and specialists, officials of the educational system. for sampling, the available sampling method was used due to the conditions of the corona virus and the lack of access to teachers and specialists, and the questionnaire was distributed among 312 people.in order to collect data from the statistical sample and to test the structured questions of this research, a questionnaire was used that was structured according to the research variables and their operationalization. the current researcher-made questionnaire was organized by using theoretical foundations and research literature. in order to analyze the data obtained from the collected questionnaires, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used.at the inferential level, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the research questions, and friedman s test was used with spss and lisrell software to prioritize the components of happiness and joy from the perspective of the qur an and traditions in education. the results of the research showed that there is a significant difference between the impact of each of the six factors on happiness and vitality from the perspective of the quran and traditions in education.so that among the six factors affecting happiness and vitality from the perspective of the quran and traditions in education, environmental factors and avoiding boredom have the most impact on happiness and vitality from the perspective of the quran and traditions in education.
