بررسی تطبیقی حکمرانی خوب در ایران

مفهوم حکمرانی به عنوان یک عنصر مهم در گفتمان توسعه، همیشه جزو مباحث مدیران دولتی، جامعه مدنی و انجمن‌های حمایتی بوده است. حکمرانی خوب به عنوان پارادایم جدید در اداره بخش عمومی نقطه تلاقی و تعامل بین رشته های مختلف علوم انسانی مانند مدیریت، اقتصاد، علوم سیاسی، جامعه شناسی، حقوق، سیاستگذاری عمومی و روابط بین الملل را ایجاد کرده است. در این مقاله به بررسی دیدگاه های مختلف درباره این رویکرد پرداختیم. در زمینه حکمرانی خوب دو دیدگاه دیده می-شود. رویکرد اول دیدگاهی انتقادی در مورد این نظریه دارد و به طراحی الگوئی بومی تاکید دارد؛ رویکرد دوم با بررسی قابلیت انطباق نظریه حکمرانی خوب، قائل بر این است که شاخص های حکمرانی خوب به عنوان تجربه بشری منافاتی با آموزه های فرهنگ ایرانی-اسلامی ندارد و در رشد و توسعه کشور تاثیر گذار است.

comparative study of good governance in iran

the concept of governance as an important element in the development discourse has always been among the discussions of public managers, civil society and support associations. good governance as a new paradigm in public administration has created a point of intersection and interaction between different fields of human sciences such as management, economics, political science, sociology, law, public policy and international relations. in this article, we examined different views about this approach. in the field of good governance, there are two views. the first approach has a critical view on this theory and emphasizes the design of a native model; the second approach, by examining the adaptability of the theory of good governance, believes that the indicators of good governance as a human experience do not conflict with the teachings of iranian-islamic culture and are effective in the growth and development of the country.
