تاثیر ظرفیت جذب دانش بر نوآوری اکتشافی و استخراجی با نقش تعدیل گر تعادل فرهنگی

امروزه با توجه به افزایش رقابت در فضای کسب و کار حاکم بر صنایع، تغییرات قابل توجهی در رفتار مشتریان حاصل شده است و نوآوری به عنوان چالشی اساسی برای بقا و موفقیت سازمان های دانش محور مطرح است. هدف این تحقیق تعیین تاثیر ظرفیت جذب دانش بر نوآوری اکتشافی و استخراجی با نقش تعدیلگر ابعاد تعادل فرهنگی (ویژگی های غالب، رهبری، مدیریت و کارکنان و پیوستگی) می باشد. نوع تحقیق حاضر توصیفی پیمایشی است و جامعه آماری این تحقیق شرکت های دانش بنیان می باشند، بدین منظور تعداد 315 پرسشنامه بین مدیران شرکت های دانش بنیان که به روش در دسترس از بین جامعه آماری انتخاب شده اند، توزیع و جمع آوری گردیده است. ابزار گردآوری داده های تحقیق حاضر پرسشنامه است و روائی پایایی آن با انجام تکنیک تحلیل عاملی تائیدی و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد تائید قرار گرفته است. همچنین جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردیده است. نتایج تحقیق حاضر تاثیر ظرفیت جذب دانش بر نوآوری اکتشافی و استخراجی با نقش تعدیلگر ابعاد تعادل فرهنگی(ویژگی های غالب، رهبری، مدیریت و کارکنان و پیوستگی) را نشان می دهد.

the impact of knowledge absorptive capacity on exploratory and explorative innovation with moderating effect of culture balance

today, due to the increase in competition in the business environment that dominates the industries, significant changes have been achieved in the behavior of customers, and innovation is considered as a fundamental challenge for the survival and success of knowledge-based organizations. the purpose of this research is to determine the impact of knowledge absorption capacity on exploratory and extractive innovation with the moderating role of cultural balance dimensions (dominant features, organization leadership, management and employees and organizational glue). the current type of research is a descriptive survey and the statistical population of this research is knowledge-based companies, for this purpose, 315 questionnaires were distributed and collected among managers of knowledge-based companies who were selected from the statistical population using the available method. the data collection tool of this research is a questionnaire, and its validity and reliability have been confirmed by performing the confirmatory factor analysis technique and calculating cronbach s alpha coefficient. also, structural equation modeling method has been used for data analysis. the results of the present research show the effect of knowledge absorption capacity on exploratory and extractive innovation with the moderating role of cultural balance dimensions (dominant features, organization leadership, management and employees and organizational glue).
