بررسی میزان آگاهی مدیران از اهداف مدیریت آموزشی و ارتباط آن با موفقیت شغلی آنها از دیدگاه مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان اراک

عملکرد مدیران به عواملی چون صلاحیت، تحصیلات و رشته تحصیلی، ثبات مدیریت، اخلاق حرفه ای ورضایت شغلی ارتباط مستقیم داشته و مدیرانی که در این زمینه ها از دانش و اطلاعات بروز استفاده مینمایند از مهارت و موفقیت بهتری برخوردار هستند .هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضربررسی میزان آگاهی مدیران از اهداف مدیریت آموزشی و ارتباط آن با موفقیت شغلی آنان می باشد. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان اراک می باشند که در سال تحصیلی 401_402به تعداد 74 نفر می باشد. به علت کم بودن تعداد جامعه آماری تمامی افراد جامعه مورد پژوهش قرار گرفته و نمونه آماری این پژوهش را تشکیل می دهند. برای متغیر اهداف مدیریت آموزشی نظریه قرائی مقدم (1375)، انتخاب شد. همچنین برای متغیر موفقیت شغلی نیز مدل نکویی مقدم (1388) ارائه شده است. در این پژوهش برای جمع آوری داده ها از دو پرسشنامه استفاده شده است: پرسشنامه محقق ساخته آگاهی مدیران از اهداف مدیریت آموزشی، و پرسشنامه استاندارد موفقیت شغلی مدیران. یافته ها نشان دادآگاهی مدیران از مدیریت آموزشی از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار است. بین آگاهی مدیران از اهداف مدیریت آموزشی با موفقیت شغلی آنها رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد و آگاهی مدیران از اهداف مدیریت آموزشی، موفقیت شغلی آنها را پیش بینی می کند.

investigating the level of knowledge of principals about the goals of educational management and its relationship with their career success from the perspective of primary school principals in arak city

the performance of managers is directly related to factors such as qualification, education and field of study, stability of management, professional ethics and job satisfaction, and managers who use knowledge and current information in these fields have better skills and success. the main purpose of this research is to examine the extent managers are aware of the goals of educational management and its relationship with their career success. this research is correlational in terms of applied purpose. the statistical population of this research is all principals of elementary schools in arak city, which is 74 people in the academic year of 2019-2029. due to the small number of the statistical population, all members of the population were studied and constitute the statistical sample of this research.for the variable of educational management objectives, the theory of karai moghadam (2015) was selected. also, the model of nekui moghadam (2008) has been presented for the career success variable. in this research, two questionnaires were used to collect data: a researcher-made questionnaire for managers awareness of educational management goals, and a standard questionnaire for managers career success. the findings show that managers awareness of educational management is in a favorable condition. there is a significant relationship between managers awareness of educational management goals and their career success, and managers awareness of educational management goals predicts their career success.
