چکیده
|
The energy crisis has put the life of humanity at risk over time. thus, the research community has started to use a variety of sources to generate electricity. energy harvested from human weight is one of the promising sources that has a high potential for harvesting energy. the present study presents an electromagnetic energy harvesting system based on human steps. this system employs a plucking-based frequency up-conversion technique and halbach arrangements. a semi-analytical analysis is conducted and evaluated by finite element simulations. the results show a footstep can generate an energy of 1.7 j in a 30×30 cm2 area.
