ارائه یک روش ترکیبی به منظور ایجاد کاداستر سه بعدی بهینه

سیستم های کاداستر شهری برای تولید و توزیع داده های جامع در طول فرآیند اداره ومدیریت زمین بسیار ارزشمند هستند و این می تواند به عنوان سنگ بنای عملیات کارآمد دولتی در نظر گرفته شود .استقرار سیستم های کاداستر شهری در کشورهای در حال توسعه از تامین امنیت تصدی با اطمینان از تایید رسمی اطلاعات مربوط به تصدی املاک شهری و با استفاده از اطلاعات به عنوان مبنایی برای هرگونه تصمیم گیری و مداخله برنامه ریزی حمایت می کند . اخیرا از واژه اداره زمین سه بعدی به جای اصطلاح معروف کاداستر سه بعدی استفاده می شود . ارائه کامل تئوری مدیریت سه بعدی زمین به همراه اجرای عملی آن یک مشکل چند رشته ای است هر یک از رشته های درگیر مانند مبانی حقوقی ، نقشه برداری سه بعدی ، ثبت اولیه ، مدلسازی اطلاعات سه بعدی ، dbmsهای سه بعدی و بصری سازی نشان می دهد که پیشرفت در آن رشته ها و هم چنین بین رشته های مختلف در حال انجام است .و این منجر به توسعه نمونه های اولیه و سیستم های عملیاتی می شود که بخشی از مدیریت زمین سه بعدی را پشتیبانی می کند در حال حاضر، روش فعلی برای ثبت و ذخیره سازی انواع مرزهای حقوقی در ایران، استفاده از خطوط و نقشه های دوبعدی است. این روش دارای محدودیت هایی برای نمایش مرزهای ثبتی مختلف که فضاهای مالکیتی را مشخص می کند است. به همین دلیل ایجاد یک سازوکار جهت ثبت مالکیتهای موجود در شهرها به شکلی دقیق و کارا پیش نیاز است . اصطلاح کاداستر سه بعدی را می توان در مدل های مفهومی مختلف تفسیر کرد یک مورد از این روش ها سیستم کاداستر به فرم ترکیبی است که در آن ثبت دوبعدی حفظ می شود و هرگونه نمایش سه بعدی از اموال یا حقوق مالکیت موجود در سیستم دوبعدی ادغام می شود .

urban cadastre systems are very valuable for the production and distribution of comprehensive data during the process of land administration and management, and this can be considered as the cornerstone of efficient government operations. the deployment of urban cadastre systems in developing countries provides tenure security. by ensuring the official approval of information related to the tenure of urban properties and by using the information as a basis for any decision-making and planning intervention support.recently, the term 3d land administration is used instead of the famous term 3d cadastre. a complete presentation of the theory of 3d land management along with its practical implementation is a multidisciplinary problem, each of the disciplines involved such as legal foundations, 3d mapping, basic registration, 3d information modeling, 3d dbmss and visualization shows that progress is being made in those disciplines as well as between different disciplines.and this leads to the development of prototypes and operational systems that support a part of 3d land management. currently, the current method for recording and storing all types of legal boundaries in iran is to use 2d lines and maps. . this method has limitations for displaying different registration boundaries that define ownership spaces. for this reason, it is necessary to create a mechanism to register existing properties in cities in an accurate and efficient way.the term 3d cadastre can be interpreted in different conceptual models. one of these methods is the cadastral system in a hybrid form in which the 2d registration is maintained and any 3d representation of property or ownership rights in the 2d system is integrated. to be
