جایگاه سیستم‌های اطلاعات مکانی سه‌بعدی در مدیریت شهری

در اختیار داشتن یک مدل سه‌بعدی از یک منطقه امکان مدیریت بهتر از آن را برای مدیران فراهم می‌نماید. در طی چند سال گذشته با ظهور سیستم‌های اطلاعات مکانی تحولی شگرف در سیستم‌های مدیریت به وجود آمده و این سامانه‌ها به مثابه سیستم‌های تصمیم‌یار، مدیران سطوح مختلف را در اتخاذ تصمیمات درست با پشتوانه علمی کمک می‌نمایند. با توسعه‌ی نرم‌افزارها و تکنیک‌های مکانی، سیستم‌های اطلاعات مکانی سه‌بعدی در حوزه‌های مختلفی به کار گرفته شده‌اند. اضافه کردن بعد سوم موجب شده است تا عوارض با جزئیات بیشتری نمایش داده شوند و قابلیت‌های جدیدی را برای حوزه‌هایی مانند برنامه‌ریزی شهری و دیگر علوم زمین فراهم نمایند. این مقاله سعی در تشریح وضعیت موجود سیستم‌های اطلاعات مکانی سه‌بعدی و تبیین جایگاه آن در سیستم‌های مدیریت شهری را دارد. بدین منظور، آخرین دستاوردهای علمی در خصوص نحوه مدلسازی سه‌بعدی و نیز ابزارها و محیط‌های نرم‌افزاری توسعه‌یافته در این راستا مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار خواهند گرفت و با کنکاش در ویژگی‌ها و توانمندی‌های هر یک از این محیط‌ها، به چگونگی استفاده از سیستم‌های اطلاعات مکانی سه‌بعدی در مدیریت هر چه بهتر شهر و حرکت به سمت شهر هوشمند پرداخته خواهد شد. به عنوان مطالعه موردی نیز با بهره‌گیری از یکی از محیط‌های نرم‌افزاری موجود اقدام به ایجاد مدل سه‌بعدی بخشی از شهرستان میبد در استان یزد و تلفیق اطلاعات توصیفی در آن به منظور بالا بردن سطح کیفی مدیریت شهری گردیده است.

the place of 3d geospatial information systems in urban management

having a 3d model of an area allows managers to manage it better. in the past few years, with the emergence of geospatial information systems, a tremendous transformation has occurred in management systems, and these systems, as decision support systems, help managers of different levels to make correct decisions with scientific support. with the development of spatial software and techniques, 3d spatial information systems have been used in various fields. the addition of the third dimension has allowed the features to be displayed in greater detail and provides new capabilities for areas such as urban planning and other geosciences. this article tries to describe the current situation of 3d spatial information systems and explain its place in urban management systems. for this purpose, the latest scientific achievements regarding the method of 3d modeling as well as the tools and software environments developed in this direction will be analyzed and investigated, and by exploring the characteristics and capabilities of each of these environments, the way of using 3d spatial information systems in better city management and moving towards a smart city will be addressed. as a case study, a 3d model of a part of meybod city in yazd province was created using one of the existing software environments and attributes was integrated in it in order to raise the quality of urban management.
