استفاده از ادغام در انتخاب باند از تصاویر ابرطیفی سنجش از دوری با روش های فراابتکاری

یک روش برخورد با مشکل باندهای زیاد تصاویر ابرطیفی، انتخاب باند با روش های فراابتکاری است. به دلیل ماهیت تصادفی جستجوی روش های فراابتکاری، حتی باندهای انتخاب شده در چند بار اجرای یک روش فراابتکاری هم متفاوت هستند. در این پژوهش، یک نسخه مبتنی بر پرواز لووی از روش فراابتکاری الگوریتم ژنتیک برای انتخاب باند توسعه یافته و تاثیر ادغام نتایج حاصل از چند بار اجرای آن به صورت نیمه نظارت شده در افزایش دقت طبقه‌بندی تصاویر ابرطیفی سنجش از دوری بررسی شده است. نتایج آزمایش ها رسیدن به دقت 92 درصد برای تصویر indian pine، 97 درصد برای تصویر salinas، 84 درصد برای تصویر pavia university و 99 درصد برای تصویر botswana را نشان می دهد.

fusion-based band selection for hyperspectral remote sensing images using metaheuristic methods

one way to deal with the high numbers of hyperspectral images bands is band selection with metaheuristic methods. due to the stochastic nature of the metaheuristic search, even the selected bands in several runs of a metaheuristic method are different. in this research, a levy flight-based version of the genetic algorithm has been developed for band selection. then, we investigated the effect of fusion of the results of several runs of this version in increasing the classification accuracy of remote sensing hyperspectral images. the results of the experiments show an accuracy of 92% for the indian pine dataset, 97% for the salinas dataset, 84% for the pavia university dataset, and 99% for the botswana dataset.
