اﻣﮑﺎن ﺳﻨﺠﯽ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰی و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ مدیریت ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی در ﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﯿﺮﺟﻨﺪ

ﺑﺎ ﺷﺮوع ﻗﺮن ﺑﯿﺴﺖ و ﯾﮑﻢ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی ﺑﻪ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﭘﺮ در آﻣﺪ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ دﻧﯿﺎ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﺷﺪه و رﻗﺎﺑﺖ ﻓﺸﺮده ای ﻣﯿﺎن ﺑﺴﯿﺎری از ﮐﺸﻮر ﻫﺎی ﺟﻬﺎن ﺑﺮای ﺟﺬب ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان ﺑﻪ ﭼﺸﻢ ﻣﯽ ﺧﻮرد ؛ ﺻﻨﻌت ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ ﭘﻮﯾﺎ و ﺑﺎ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻨﺤﺼﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮد، ﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﯽ از ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻫﺎی اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی و ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪی ﮐﺸﻮر ﻫﺎی ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ و در ﺣﺎل ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ را ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮد اﺧﺘﺼﺎص داده اﺳﺖ. ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎ و ﺷﮑﻞ اﻣﺮوزی ﭘﺪﯾﺪه ای اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﻗﺮون ﺟﺪﯾﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه رﻓﺎه اﯾﺠﺎد ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ (ﯾﺎوری،1389) اﯾﻦ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ اﻣﺮوزه ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ در آﻣﺪ در اﻗﺘﺼﺎد ﮐﺸﻮرﻫﺎﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻧﻪ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ از ﻟﺤﺎظ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی ﻣﻔﯿﺪ اﺳﺖ ، ﺑﻠﮑﻪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ آﺷﻨﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﻫﺎ ، ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺑﯿﮑﺎری وﻓﺴﺎد اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ رﻓﺎه ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ، ﺗﻄﺒﯿﻘﯽ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰی ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻤﯽ و ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی ﭘﺎﯾﺪار اﺳﺘﻮار اﺳﺖ . ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﻃﺮح ﻋﺒﺎرﺗﻨﺪ از : -1 ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ ای و ﮔﺮد آوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت -2. ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﮐﺎر ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ- 3. آﻣﺎده ﺳﺎزی اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﺮای ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ. -4 روش ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت : ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ از ﻓﻨﻮن و ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﻫﺎی آﻣﺎری ﻣﻨﺠﻤﻠﻪ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار spss ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺑﺨﺸﯽ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ و اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﮐﻪ روﻧﻖ و ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی در ﻫﺮ ﻧﺎﺣﯿﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی ، اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ را ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺷﻬﺮی ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﯾﻦ اﻣﺮ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﯽ ﭘﺮدازد. از آﻧﺠﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ از ﻃﺮﻓﯽ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ وﻇﯿﻔﻪ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان و ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪ ﻫﺎی ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی در ارﺗﺒﺎط اﻧﺪ و از ﻃﺮف دﯾﮕﺮ ﮔﺴﺘﺮش اﯾﻦ ﭘﺪﯾﺪه در ﻫﺮ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺳﺎﮐﻨﯿﻦ آن ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ را ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻗﺮار دﻫﺪ ، در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪ ﻫﺎی ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪارﺷﻬﺮی ﺑﯿﺮﺟﻨﺪ از دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﻦ و ﺳﺎﮐﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﺤﻠﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ . اﻏﻠﺐ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪ ﻫﺎی اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی را ﺑﺮای ﺳﺎﮐﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮات اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ آن را ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ ، ﺑﺎ اﯾﻦ ﺣﺎل اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﮐﻠﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻤﯽ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎی ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی وﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮات آن ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﯿﺮﺟﻨﺪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﮐﻪ ﻫﺪف ﺟﺰﺋﯽ آن ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪ ﻫﺎی ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی در اﺑﻌﺎد ﺳﻪ ﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﯿﺮﺟﻨﺪ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ . از دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﻦ و ﺳﺎﮐﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﯿﺮﺟﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ﭼﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان اﺳﺖ؟
