بررسی چالش ها، تنگناها و فرصت های فراروی توسعه صنعت گردشگری روستایی با تاکید بر ایجاد اقامتگاه های بومگردی (مورد پژوهی؛ روستای زیارت شهرستان گرگان)

اقامتگاه های بومگردی از جمله واحد های گردشگری است که به گردشگران طبیعت گردی، روستایی، مزرعه و کشاورزی ارائه خدمات می نمایند. توسعة اقامتگاه های بومگردی از موثرترین ابزارهایی است که ضمن حفظ و رعایت اصول اساسی بومگردی، نقش چشمگیری در توسعة جوامع محلی و مشارکت آنان در امور گردشگری دارد. بهترین گزینه اقامتی برای روستاهای هدف گردشگری می باشد که هم با محیط بومی و معماری منطقه روستایی هماهنگ است و به صورت تافته ای جدا بافته از بافت سنتی و تاریخی روستا نیست و به نوعی حافظ اصالت معماری و فرهنگ روستا است و می تواند همه ی زندگی ساده یک روستایی را در محیطی دنج و گرم و امن و در قالب اقامتگاه نشان دهد و همچون رقیبی بی بدیل با هتل های لوکس و چند ستاره بزرگ به رقابت پردازد. ایجاد اقامتگاه بومگردی برای روستا هدف گردشگری زیارت با توجه به قدمت تاریخی و فرهنگی، طبیعت بکر و خاص کوهستانی آن برای گردشگران مهم و ضروری است؛ به طوری که وجود اقامتگاه می تواند دریچه تازه ای را برای آغاز فعالیت های مربوط به گردشگری در روستا باز کند در پژوهش حاضر اﺑﺘﺪا ﺑﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ روﺳﺘﺎ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار از ﯾﮏ ﺳﻮ و ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی، ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ و ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی ﭘﺎﯾﺪار از ﺳﻮی دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﯽ ﭘﺮدازد و ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎ و اﻟﺰاﻣﺎت آن را ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎی اﺑﻌﺎد و اﻟﮕﻮﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﺮﺗﺐ ﺑﺮ آن ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ. ﺷﯿﻮه ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده در این پژوهش ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮا در ﺑﺨﺶ اول و ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﻮردی در ﺑﺨﺶ دوم ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺧﻮد ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻒ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت روﺳﺘﺎی زیارت، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ swot از آن و اراﺋﻪ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدﻫﺎیی ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎی ﻫﺪف ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰی ﺑﻮم-ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی اﺳﺖ. ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ حاکی از آن است ﻛﻪ آﺳﺘﺎﻧﻪ آﺳﻴﺐ ﭘﺬﻳﺮی ﻧﻘﺎط روﺳﺘﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠﺖ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی ﺑﻮدن ﺑﺴﻴﺎر ﺑﺎﻻﺳﺖ و ﻧﻴﺎزﻣﻨﺪ ﺑﺎزﻧﮕﺮی و اراﺋﻪ ﺳﻴﺎست های ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ در ﺟﻬﺖ رﻓﻊ ﻣﺤﺪودیت ها و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺰیت های ﻧﺴﺒﻲ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ. از اینرو ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزی ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎی روﺳﺘﺎﻳﻲ، اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ آﮔﺎﻫﻲ اﺟﺘﻤﺎعی، ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﻣﺸﺎرﻛﺖ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﺗﺪارک ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ راﻫﺒﺮدی ﻣﻲﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در اﻳﺠﺎد اقامتگاه ﺑﻮم-ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی روﺳﺘﺎ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ی ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی در روﺳﺘﺎی زیارت ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

examining the challenges, bottlenecks and opportunities for the development of the rural tourism industry with an emphasis on the creation of ecotourism residences (study case; ziarat village, gorgan)

eco-residences are among tourism units that provide services to nature tourism, rural, farm and agricultural tourists. the development of ecotourism residences is one of the most effective tools that, while maintaining and observing the basic principles of ecotourism, has a significant role in the development of local communities and their participation in tourism affairs. the best accommodation option for tourism target villages is the one that is in harmony with the local environment and the architecture of the rural area and is not woven separately from the traditional and historical fabric of the village and in a way preserves the originality of the architecture and culture of the village and can be used for all life. saed shows a village in a cozy, warm and safe environment in the form of a residence and competes with luxury hotels and several big stars as an unmatched competitor. creating an ecotourism residence for the village is the goal of ziarat tourism, considering its historical and cultural history, its pristine and special mountainous nature, is important and necessary for tourists; so that the existence of a residence can open a new door for the start of tourism related activities in the village, in the present research, first of all, to know the nature of the village and sustainable rural development on the one hand, and to know the categories of tourism, rural tourism and sustainable tourism on the other hand. it pays and examines its needs and requirements based on the dimensions and patterns. the methods used in this research are content analysis in the first part and case study in the second part, which includes the description of the features of the village of ziarat, swot analysis of it, and suggestions based on the purpose of the study planned by boom-gardash. it is crying. the findings indicate that the threshold of vulnerability of rural points due to tourism is very high and needs to be reviewed and appropriate policies are presented in order to remove the limitations and use the relative advantages. therefore, empowering rural groups, increasing social awareness, and expanding participation along with the provision of strategic management can be effective in the creation of rural boom-tourism accommodation and the development of tourism in ziarat village.
