بررسی نقش انگیزش درونی و بیرونی سبز در رابطه بین رهبری تحول آفرین سبز و خلاقیت سبز

این مطالعه به بررسی رابطه بین رهبری تحول آفرین سبز و خلاقیت سبز با توجه به نقش میانجی انگیزش درونی سبز و تعدیل گری انگیزش بیرونی سبز پرداخته است. روش تحقیق این مطالعه از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، کلیه کارکنان آموزش و پرورش استان گلستان به تعداد 382 نفر می باشد، نمونه آماری تحقیق بر مبنای جدول مورگان برابر 181 نفر می باشد و روش نمونه گیری به صورت تصادفی ساده می باشد، ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه می باشد. مدل مطالعه با رویکرد معادلات ساختاری طرح ریزی و با استفاده از نرم افزار اسمارت پی ال اس مدلسازی شد، نتایج تحقیق نشان داده است که: بین رهبری تحول آفرین سبز و خلاقیت سبز کارکنان رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد.بین رهبری تحول آفرین سبز و انگیزه درونی سبز کارکنان رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. بین انگیزه درونی سبز و خلاقیت سبز رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. انگیزه درونی سبز نقش میانجی در رابطه بین رهبری تحول آفرین سبز و خلاقیت سبز کارکنان دارد. انگیزه بیرونی سبز رابطه بین انگیزه درونی سبز و خلاقیت سبز کارکنان را تعدیل می کند

investigating the role of internal and external green motivation in the relationship between green transformative revolution and green creativity

this study investigates the relationship between green transformational leadership and green creativity with regard to the mediating role of green intrinsic motivation and the moderating effect of green extrinsic motivation. the research method of this study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. the statistical population of the research is all the education workers of golestan province in the number of 382 people, the statistical sample of the research is 181 people based on the morgan table and the sampling method is simple random, the data collection tool is a questionnaire. the study model was designed with the structural equation approach and modeled using smartpls software. the research results have shown that: there is a significant relationship between green transformational leadership and green creativity of employees. between green transformational leadership and motivation. there is a significant relationship between green employees and employees. there is a significant relationship between green intrinsic motivation and green creativity. green intrinsic motivation has a mediating role in the relationship between green transformational leadership and green creativity of employees. green extrinsic motivation moderates the relationship between green intrinsic motivation and green creativity of employees
