روش های افزایش درآمد ارزی توریسم درمانی در ایران

گردشگری درمانی که از بهم پیوستن دو شاخه پردرآمد گردشگری و خدمات درمانی بوجود آمده است، همواره در جهان مورد توجه بوده و هست، بطوریکه بر اساس آمار بین المللی این شاخه از صنعت گردشگری حتی در دوران رکود اقتصادی در جهان توانسته سالانه رشدی معادل 20 درصد برای خود به ثبت برساند و بسیاری را به خود مشغول کند. عمده ترین دلیل سفر گردشگران درمانی در سراسر جهان را می توان نبود زیرساختهای درمانی در زادگاهشان یا پایین بودن سطح ارایه خدمات درمانی نام برد. در کشورهای عراق، افغانستان، کشورهای حاشیه جنوب خلیج فارس و جمهوری آذربایجان یا اصلا زیرساختهای درمانی وجود ندارد یا اگر هم هست محدود و غیرقابل دسترس همگان است. با توجه به آثار مثبت توسعه گردشگری درمانی از قبیل توسعه زیرساختهای بهداشتی، افزایش تعداد بیمارستانهای استاندارد بین المللی، افزایش سطح خدمات و کیفیت ، افزایش درآمدهای ارزی و جلوگیری از خروج نیروهای متخصص پزشکی و بهداشتی، بررسی و ارایه راهکار جهت توسعه این شاخه از گردشگری می تواند در راستای اهداف برنامه های توسعه ای دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران قرار گیرد. شهر مشهد به عنوان دومین کلان شهر کشور و دومین شهر بزرگ مذهبی جهان اسلام بعد از مکه معظمه با وجود ظرفیتهای فراوان گردشگری و زیرساختهای خدمات درمانی موجود می تواند به عنوان قطب گردشگری پزشکی خاورمیانه و همچنین در بین کشورهای اسلامی ایفای نقش نماید. هدف اصلی تحقیق ارایه راهکار جهت توسعه توریسم درمانی در شهر مشهد می باشد که لازمه آن شناخت و بررسی وضع موجود گردشگری درمانی این شهر می باشد. پس از بررسی وضع موجود راهکارهایی در چهارشاخص اداری- اجرایی، اقتصادی، قانونی- سیاسی و بازاریابی- اطلاع رسانی تعریف گردید و بر اساس نظر کارشناسان راهکارهای دارای اولویت مشخص گردیدند. در انتها اثرات توریسم درمانی بر ارزآوری تاکید و اثبات گردید .
