بررسی رابطه بین ادراک کارکنان از مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت و تعهد سازمانی در شرکت‌های داروسازی استان گلستان

در این تحقیق رابطه بین ادراک کارکنان از مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت و تعهد سازمانی در شرکت‌های داروسازی استان گلستان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیق توصیفی، پیمایشی و از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری برای انجام این تحقیق شامل کلیه کارکنان شرکت‌های داروسازی استان گلستان به تعداد 290 نفر می‌باشد. حجم نمونه از طریق جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 165 نفر بعنوان گروه نمونه برآورد گردیده است. همچنین جهت انتخاب نمونه مناسب از روش تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها نیز میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای و ابزار آن پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد می‌باشد. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ها توسط اساتید و روایی سازه با تحلیل عاملی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها بر حسب فرضیه‌های این پژوهش، از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار smartpls استفاده شده است. نتایج مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد بین بین ادراک کارکنان از مسئولیت اقتصادی، قانونی، اخلاقی و بشردوستانه سازمان با تعهد سازمانی رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد

investigating the relationship between employees' perception of corporate social responsibility and organizational commitment in pharmaceutical companies in golestan province

in this research, the relationship between employees perception of corporate social responsibility and organizational commitment in pharmaceutical companies of golestan province was investigated. this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive, survey and correlational in terms of research method. the statistical population for conducting this research includes all employees of pharmaceutical companies in golestan province, numbering 290 people. the size of the sample is estimated by the table of karjesi and morgan, the number of 165 people as a sample group. also, simple random method was used to select the appropriate sample. the method of data collection is field and library, and the tool is standard questionnaires. the content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the professors and the construct validity was confirmed by factor analysis. the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed using cronbach s alpha. in order to analyze the data according to the hypotheses of this research, the structural equation model method was used using smartpls software. the results of the structural equation model showed that there is a significant relationship between employees perception of the organization s economic, legal, ethical and humanitarian responsibility and organizational commitment.
