بررسی تاثیر مدیریت دولتی بر توسعه صنعت گردشگری

چکیده: امروزه صنعت گردشگری به عنوان یکی از مهمترین صنایع جهان که نقش عمده ای در بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی کشورها وتوسعه اقتصادی آنها دارد،آنچه در این بخش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است مفهوم توسعه پایدار (توجه به طبیعت)در صنعت گردشگری است.مدیریت گردشگری خصوصا گردشگری پایداردر بسیاری از کشورها به منزله نمادی از هویت فرهنگی ،طبیعی،انسانی از بخش های مهم اقتصادی محسوب می شود.از این رو پایداری در گردشگری مستلزم توجه نظام مند به ابعاد فنی،فرهنگی ،سیاسی ،اقتصادی ،تاریخی وزیست محیطی در حرکت به سوی استفاده از جاذبه های گردشگری مطابق با نیاز امروز وحفظ وماندگاری این منابع برای آینده است .راهبرد گردشگری پایدار در دنیای امروز رهیافت جامعی است که خواهان رشد بلند مدت صنعت گردشگری بدون اثرات مخرب بر زیست بوم های طبیعی است وبراین نکته تاکید دارد که در قالب توسعه گردشگری انسان قادر خواهد بود که جوانب خاصی از محیط را در جهت مثبت یا منفی دست کاری کند از سوی دیگر مدیریت دولتی نوین به منظور افزایش مسئولیت مدیران به محیط پیرامونی خود ،حفظ آب وهوا وزیست طبیعی،از دهه هفتاد جایگزین مدیریت دولتی در مفهوم سنتی آن شد.لذا در این مقاله پس از تشریح (توسعه پایدار)به طور عام ،مفهوم گردشگری پایدار به طور خاص تبیین شده است.سپس مدیریت دولتی به عنوان محور توسعه گردشگری پایدار وابزار دولتها در کسب اهداف توسعه پایدار،مورد بررسی وتحلیل قرار گرفته است.

investigating the impact of government management on the development of the tourism industry

abstract: today, the tourism industry is one of the most important industries in the world, which plays a major role in improving the economic status of countries and their economic development. what has been considered in this section is the concept of sustainable development (attention to nature) in the tourism industry. tourism management, especially in many countries, sustainable tourism is considered as a symbol of cultural, natural, and human identity as one of the important economic sectors. therefore, sustainability in tourism requires systematic attention to technical, cultural, political, economic, historical, and environmental aspects in moving to the direction of using tourist attractions is in accordance with today s needs and the preservation and sustainability of these resources for the future. the strategy of sustainable tourism in today s world is a comprehensive approach that wants the long-term growth of the tourism industry without damaging effects on natural ecosystems, and therefore emphasizes that in the form the development of human tourism will be able to manipulate certain aspects of the environment in a positive or negative direction. on the other hand, modern public administration in order to increase the responsibility of managers to their surrounding environment, to preserve the climate and natural environment, since the seventies has replaced public administration in the concept therefore, in this article, after describing (sustainable development) in general, the concept of sustainable tourism has been specifically explained. then, government management as the axis of sustainable tourism development and the government s tool in achieving sustainable development goals, is examined and analyzed. has taken. keywords: government management, sustainable development, sustainable tourism development
