گردشگری فرهنگی در استان گلستان (بررسی فرصتها و چالشها)

گردشگری، یکی از مهمترین ابزارهای توسعه در جهان است. استان گلستان بر اساس منابع طبیعی، تاریخی و فرهنگی این منطقه مستعد توسعه صنعت گردشگری است و این استان باید در سیاست ها و برنامه های آتی خود توجه ویژه ای به گردشگری به عنوان ابزاری موثر برای ادامه روند سیاسی، فرهنگی و توسعه اقتصادی داشته باشد. از این رو در این مقاله سعی بر آن است که به بررسی وضعیت گردشگری فرهنگی در استان گلستان پرداخته شود. به طوری که روش تحقیق مقاله حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی است و داده های آن با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای گردآوری شده است. نتایج بررسی ادبیات تحقیق و بررسی نظرات کارشناسان در حوزه گردشگری فرهنگی استان گلستان نشان داده که هشت عامل تاثیرگذار شامل: فرهنگ استقبال از گردشگران، کارآفرینی، ایجاد مراکز خرید، مشارکت بخش خصوصی، امنیت، قوانین و مقررات و زیرساخت ها می توانند در پیروزی یا شکست برنامه های صنعت توریسم فرهنگی در این استان موثر باشند. از پیامدها و چالش های منفی گردشگری فرهنگی می توان به امکان سرقت فرهنگی، شکار گونه های نادر بومی، انتشار مقادیر زیادی زباله، افزایش مشکلات اخلاقی و... اشاره کرد. همچنین آزار و اذیت ساکنان محلی توسط گردشگران و کاهش باورها. مذهبی و ایجاد جمعیت نامتعادل. از فرصت های ناشی از توسعه گردشگری فرهنگی می توان به حفظ هنر، صنایع دستی، آداب و سنن مردم منطقه و نیز مرمت و احیای آثار باستانی و فرهنگی اشاره کرد.
