بررسی رابطه بین حمایت نرم‌افزاری از توانائی‌های شرکت ﺑﺎ عملکرد بازار و سودآوری در شرکتهای خدمات گردشگری استان گلستان

در این تحقیق رابطه بین حمایت نرم‌افزاری از توانائی‌های شرکت ﺑﺎ عملکرد بازار و سودآوری در شرکتهای خدمات گردشگری استان گلستان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیق توصیفی، پیمایشی و از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل 12 شرکت استان گلستان می‌باشد. باتوجه به تعداد کم، همه شرکتها به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه در اختیار مدیران شرکتها قرار گرفت. روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها نیز میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای و ابزار آن پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد می‌باشد. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ها توسط اساتید و روایی سازه با تحلیل عاملی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها بر حسب فرضیه‌های این پژوهش، از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل استفاده شده است. نتایج مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد بین حمایت نرم‌افزاری از توانائی‌های شرکت با عملکرد بازار رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. بین حمایت نرم‌افزاری از توانائی‌های شرکت با سودآوری رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.

investigating the relationship between software support of the company's capabilities with market performance and profitability in tourism service companies of golestan province

in this research, the relationship between software support of the company s capabilities with market performance and profitability in the tourism service companies of golestan province was investigated. this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive, survey and correlational in terms of research method. the statistical population includes 22 central branches of banks in golestan province. due to the small number, all the central branches of the banks were selected by census sampling method and the questionnaire was given to the heads and deputy heads of the branches. the method of data collection is field and library, and the tool is standard questionnaires. the content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the professors and the construct validity was confirmed by factor analysis. the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed using cronbach s alpha. in order to analyze the data according to the hypotheses of this research, the structural equation model method has been used using lisrel software. the results of the structural equation model showed that there is a significant relationship between software support of the company s capabilities and market performance. there is a significant relationship between software support of the company s capabilities and profitability.
