بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعه گردشگری پایدار در شهرستان چالوس

گردشگری پایدار نوعی از گردشگری است که هدف آن به حداقل رساندن اثرات منفی گردشگری بر محیط زیست، جامعه و اقتصاد و در عین حال به حداکثر رساندن اثرات مثبت است. هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعه گردشگری پایدار در شهرستان چالوس می باشد. روش تحقیق در این مطالعه توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را شهروندان شهرستان چالوس تشکیل داده اند. برای تعیین نمونه از جدول برآورد حجم نمونه مورگان استفاده شد که 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه بین آنها توزیع شد. روش نمونه گیری در این پژوهش از نوع در دسترس است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه می باشد که پایایی پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید واقع شده است. برای سنجش روایی پرسش نامه ها از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده و روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار lisrel انجام که یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است: شش عامل مدیریتی، زیرساختی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و زیست محیطی بر توسعه گردشگری پایدار در شهرستان چالوس تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند. توسعه گردشگری پایدار در شهرستان چالوس نیازمند تعادل بین رشد اقتصادی و حفظ محیط زیست است. جامعه محلی باید در فرآیندهای تصمیم گیری مشارکت داشته باشد و در مورد مزایای گردشگری پایدار آموزش داده شود. شهرداری نیز باید در توسعه زیرساخت ها برای حمایت از گردشگری پایدار سرمایه گذاری کند. در مجموع، توسعه گردشگری پایدار در شهرستان چالوس با حفظ محیط زیست و میراث فرهنگی منطقه، دارای پتانسیل هایی است که منافع اقتصادی به همراه داشته باشد.

investigating factors affecting the development of sustainable tourism in chalus city

sustainable tourism is a type of tourism that aims to minimize the negative effects of tourism on the environment, society and economy, while maximizing the positive effects. the main goal of this research is to investigate the factors affecting the development of sustainable tourism in chalus city. the research method in this study was descriptive survey type and applied in terms of purpose. the statistical population of the present study is made up of the citizens of chalus city. to determine the sample, morgan s sample size estimation table was used, 384 people were selected as a sample and the questionnaire was distributed among them. the sampling method in this research is available. the data collection tool is a questionnaire, the reliability of which has been confirmed using cronbach s alpha coefficient. to measure the validity of the questionnaires, confirmatory factor analysis was used and the data analysis method was performed using lisrel software, which the research findings indicate: six managerial, infrastructural, economic, social, cultural and environmental factors on development sustainable tourism in chalus city has a positive and significant impact. development of sustainable tourism in chalus requires a balance between economic growth and environmental protection. the local community should be involved in decision-making processes and educated about the benefits of sustainable tourism. the municipality should also invest in infrastructure development to support sustainable tourism. in general, sustainable tourism development in chalus city by preserving the environment and cultural heritage of the region has the potential to bring economic benefits.
