آشکارسازی بخش های راهبردی گردشگری در تحقق توسعه پایدار اقتصاد در مازندران (بر اساس مدل داده-ستانده)

استان مازندران به دلیل شرایط اقلیمی و طبیعی خود غنی و برخوردار از چشم اندازهای بدیع، دارای پتانسیل فراوان برای جذب گردشگران داخلی و خارجی است. توسعه صنعت گردشگری به ویژه برای کشورهای کمتر توسعه یافته که با مشکلاتی مانند؛ عدم اشتغال کافی، محدودیت منابع مالی و اقتصاد تک محصولی مواجه هستند، از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است. از این رو باید زمینه های توسعه گردشگری به عنوان یک راهبرد از جنبه های اقتصادی، سیاسی و فرهنگی فراهم گردد. لذا با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، در مطالعه حاضر به بررسی مدیریت کارای توسعه گردشگری با آثار آن در توسعه اقتصادی مبنی بر اقتصاد مقاومتی در استان مازندران با استفاده از اطلاعات جدول داده-ستانده استان، پرداخته شده است. بر اساس یافته های این تحقیق، با توجه به شاخص پیوند پسین، فعالیت حمل و نقل دارای رتبه دوم و از بخش های پیشرو در اقتصاد استان محسوب می شود و پیش از آنکه توسعه این بخش نیاز به محصولات سایر بخش ها باشد، موجب توسعه تولیدات دیگر بخش های اقتصادی می گردد. بخش های هتل و خوابگاه و سایر حمل و نقل با توجه به ضرایب پیوندهای پیشین به ترتیب در رتبه 22 و 35 قرار گرفتند؛ که نشان دهنده این است که این بخش ها، سهم قابل توجهی از تولیدات خود را به عنوان کالاهای واسطه به سایر بخش های اقتصاد استان عرضه می نمایند، لذا از نقش بالایی در تولید سایر بخش های اقتصاد استان برخوردار هستند. همچنین با توجه به اینکه شاخص قدرت انتشار برای بخش های کلیدی گردشگری بزرگتر از یک می باشد، لذا این بخش ها می توانند در یکپارچه سازی اقتصاد منطقه، نقش کلیدی ایفا کنند. بنابراین می توان بیان نمود گردشگری و دیگر بخش های مرتبط با آن، از لحاظ برقراری پیوند با سایر بخش های اقتصادی استان، از جایگاه مناسبی برخوردار است. لذا با توجه به پیوندهای پسین و پیشین، این صنعت می تواند تولید در سایر بخش ها و کل اقتصاد استان را توسعه دهد.

revealing the strategic sectors of tourism in realizing the sustainable development of the economy in mazandaran (based on the data-output model)

mazandaran province has a lot of potential to attract domestic and foreign tourists due to its rich climatic and natural conditions and unique landscapes. development of the tourism industry, especially for less developed countries with problems such as; the lack of sufficient employment, limited financial resources and mono-product economy are of great importance. therefore, the fields of tourism development should be provided as a strategy from economic, political and cultural aspects. therefore, according to the importance of the subject, in the present study, the effective management of tourism development with its effects on economic development based on resistance economy in mazandaran province has been investigated using the information of the data table of the province. according to the findings of this research, according to the backward linkage index, transportation activity is ranked second and is considered one of the leading sectors in the province s economy, and before the development of this sector requires the products of other sectors, it leads to the development of production. other economic sectors. according to the coefficients of the previous links, the hotel and dormitory and other transportation sectors were ranked 22nd and 35th respectively; which shows that these sectors supply a significant share of their products as intermediate goods to other sectors of the province s economy, therefore they have a high role in the production of other sectors of the province s economy. also, considering that the emission power index for key sectors of tourism is greater than one, so these sectors can play a key role in the integration of the regional economy. therefore, it can be said that tourism and other sectors related to it have a good position in terms of establishing links with other economic sectors of the province. therefore, according to the past and past links, this industry can develop production in other sectors and the entire economy of the province.
