بهبود امنیت هتل با اینترنت اشیا: تحلیلی از روندهای فعلی و احتمالات آینده

صنعت مهمانداری به سرعت در حال تحول است و با پیشرفت فناوری، هتل‌ها به دنبال افزایش تدابیر امنیتی خود هستند. از جمله راهکارهای امیدوارکننده در این زمینه، اینترنت اشیا (iot) به عنوان یک فناوری نوظهور ظاهر شده است. هدف این مقاله، مروری تحلیلی بر روندهای فعلی و احتمالات آینده استفاده از اینترنت اشیا برای بهبود امنیت هتل می‌باشد. روش: برای این پژوهش، از منابع داده‌های scopus، web of science و google scholar استفاده شد. جستجوی پژوهش حاضر محدود به مقالات منتشر شده به زبان انگلیسی در بازه زمانی 2010 تا 2022 بود. کلیدواژه‌های استفاده شده عبارتند از: « hotel security»، « internet of things»، « smart hotels»، « security systems» و « hospitality industry». نتایج: نتایج بررسی حاکی از آن است که اینترنت اشیا می‌تواند برای افزایش جنبه‌های مختلف امنیت هتل، شامل کنترل دسترسی، نظارت، ایمنی در برابر آتش و ایمنی مهمان، مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. دستگاه‌های اینترنت اشیا مانند قفل‌های هوشمند، دوربین‌ها، حسگرها و آلارم‌ها را می‌توان در سیستم امنیتی موجود هتل یکپارچه کرده و نظارت و هشدار در لحظه را فراهم کرد. علاوه بر این، اینترنت اشیا می‌تواند تجربه مهمانان را با ارائه خدمات شخصی‌سازی شده مانند کنترل دما و روشنایی اتاق بهبود بخشد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: هر چند استفاده از اینترنت اشیا در امنیت هتل مزایای زیادی دارد، اما چالش‌هایی نیز وجود دارد که باید به آنها توجه شود. یکی از نگرانی‌های اصلی حریم خصوصی داده‌ها و امنیت سایبری است. با افزایش تعداد دستگاه‌های متصل به اینترنت، خطر حملات سایبری نیز افزایش می‌یابد. بنابراین، هتل‌ها باید اطمینان حاصل کنند که دستگاه‌های اینترنت اشیا آنها ایمن بوده و در برابر تهدیدات بالقوه محافظت می‌شوند. چالش دیگر مربوط به هزینه‌های پیاده‌سازی یک سیستم امنیتی مبتنی بر اینترنت اشیا می‌باشد. اگرچه سرمایه‌گذاری اولیه ممکن است بالا باشد، اما مزایای بلندمدت مانند بهبود کارایی و کاهش هزینه‌های عملیاتی ممکن است ارزش این هزینه‌ها را داشته باشند. بنابراین، این مقاله، پتانسیل استفاده از اینترنت اشیا را برای بهبود امنیت هتل را نشان میدهد. با این حال، برای هتل‌ها مهم است که پیش از تصمیم‌گیری، مزایا و چالش‌های مرتبط با پیاده‌سازی یک سیستم مبتنی بر اینترنت اشیا را به دقت مورد بررسی قرار دهند. به منظور کشف نحوه اجرای موثر اینترنت اشیا در سیستم‌های امنیتی هتل‌ها، نیاز به تحقیقات بیشتری وجود دارد.

enhancing hotel security with iot: an analysis of current trends and future possibilities

the hospitality industry is rapidly evolving and as technology advances, hotels are looking to increase their security measures. among the promising solutions in this field, the internet of things (iot) has emerged as an emerging technology. the purpose of this article is an analytical review of the current trends and future possibilities of using the internet of things to improve hotel security. method: scopus, web of science and google scholar data sources were used for this research. the search of the current research was limited to articles published in english in the period from 2010 to 2022. the keywords used are: hotel security , internet of things , smart hotels , security systems and hospitality industry . results: the results of the survey indicate that the internet of things can be used to increase various aspects of hotel security, including access control, surveillance, fire safety, and guest safety. iot devices such as smart locks, cameras, sensors and alarms can be integrated into the hotel s existing security system, providing real-time monitoring and alerting. in addition, iot can improve the guest experience by providing personalized services such as room temperature and lighting control. discussion and conclusion: although the use of internet of things in hotel security has many advantages, there are also challenges that should be considered. one of the main concerns is data privacy and cyber security. as the number of devices connected to the internet increases, the risk of cyber attacks also increases. therefore, hotels must ensure that their iot devices are secure and protected against potential threats. another challenge is related to the costs of implementing a security system based on the internet of things. although the initial investment may be high, the long-term benefits such as improved efficiency and reduced operating costs may be well worth the cost. therefore, this article shows the potential of using internet of things to improve hotel security. however, it is important for hotels to carefully consider the benefits and challenges associated with implementing an iot-based system before making a decision. in order to discover how to effectively implement the internet of things in hotel security systems, there is a need for more research.
