اقامتگاه های بومگردی و نقش آن در توسعه گردشگری پایدار (نمونه موردی: شهرستان علی آباد کتول)

از چالشهای پیش روی برنامه ریزی شهری مباحث مربوط به پایداری و توسعه پایدار شهری است. عوامل مختلفی وجود دارند که توسعه پایدار شهری را تحت تاثیر خود قرار میدهند که یکی از این عوامل صنعت گردشگری میباشد که از بزرگترین صنایع دنیا میباشد. گردشگری پدیدهای است که از تحرک بالایی در تغییرات اقتصادی، سیاسی، اجتماعی و زیستمحیطی برخوردار است که با اثرگذاری بر بنیانهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی، اثرات وپیامدهای گوناگونی را در پی دارد. امروزه کسب و کارهای کوچک موجب گسترش توسعه پایدار در بسیاری از مقصدهای گردشگری شده است. هدف از این پژوهش نقش اقامتگاههای بومگردی در توسعه گردشگری پایدار می باشد و زمینه هایی است که باعث تشویق، ترغیب و ماندگاری گردشگران داخلی و خارجی میشوند. این تحقیق از نوع مطالعه موردی و با روش توصیفی تحلیلی با استفاده از پرسشنامه، مصاحبه و اسناد و مدارک موجود در خصوص اقامتگاه های بومی شهرستان علی اباد کتول میباشد. برای آزمون فرضیههای تحقیق از آزمون همبستگی و از نرمافزار spss استفاده شد. نتایج این تحقیق حاکی از آنست که رابطه معناداری میان نقش اقامتگاههای بومی و ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی، کالبدی وجود دارد. بنابراین ایجاد اقامتگاههای بومگردی و شیوه های ساخت بومی سبب جذب طولانی مدت گردشگران و استفاده بیشتر از حضور گردشگر و ارتقای ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی-فرهنگی، زیست محیطی می گردد.

ecotourism residences and its role in sustainable sustainable development (case example: aliabad katul city)

among the challenges facing urban planning are issues related to sustainability and sustainable urban development. there are various factors that influence the sustainable development of a city, and one of these factors is the tourism industry, which is one of the largest industries in the world. tourism is a phenomenon that has high mobility in economic, political, social and environmental changes, which by affecting the economic, social and environmental foundations, results in various effects and consequences. today, small businesses have contributed to sustainable development in many tourist destinations. the purpose of this research is the role of ecotourism residences in the development of sustainable tourism and the fields that encourage, motivate and sustain domestic and foreign tourists. this research is a case study with a descriptive-analytical method using questionnaires, interviews and available documents regarding the native residences of ali abad katul city. correlation test and spss software were used to test research hypotheses. the results of this research indicate that there is a significant relationship between the role of native residences and economic, socio-cultural, and physical dimensions. therefore, the creation of ecotourism residences and local construction methods will attract tourists for a long time and make more use of the presence of tourists and improve the economic, social-cultural, and environmental dimensions.
