بررسی روش های مدیریت کلاس درس (مطالعه موردی معلمین شهرستان های کنارک و چابهار)

آموزش از نیازهای مهم و ضروری بشر بوده و هست و مدارس، نقش حیاتی در پاسخگویی به این نیاز دارند؛ یکی از مهمترین عوامل موثر بر یادگیری، محیط کلاس است. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی نقش معلمان در مدیریت کلاس درس می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 72 معلم می باشد که به صورت گزینشی انتخاب شدند. هدف از این پرسشنامه شناخت سبک های مدیریتی معلمان در کلاس درس می باشد. که براساس طیف چهار گویه ای لیکرت تهیه شده است. نتایج نشان داد که معلمین برای یادگیری اثربخش همیشه یا معمولا خودشان مواد آموزشی را تعیین می کنند. اکثر معلمین همیشه دانش آموزان را به رعایت نظم و قوانین در کلاس درس ملزم می کنند و همچنین همیشه و یا معمولا خودشان برنامه روزانه دانش آموزان را سازماندهی می کنند.

examining classroom management practices (a case study of teachers in konarak and chabahar cities)

education is and still is one of the important and necessary needs of mankind, and schools play a vital role in responding to this need. one of the most important factors affecting learning is the classroom environment. the purpose of this research is to investigate the role of teachers in classroom management. the statistical population of this research includes 72 teachers who were selected selectively. the purpose of this questionnaire is to know the management styles of teachers in the classroom. which is based on a four-item likert scale. the results showed that teachers always or usually determine the teaching materials themselves for effective learning. most of the teachers always oblige the students to follow the rules and regulations in the classroom and also always or usually organize the daily schedule of the students themselves.
