الویت بندی عوامل موثر بر توسعه ی صنعت گردشگری استان گلستان به وسیله تکنیک تاپسیس فازی

توسعه صنعت گردشگری منجر به افزایش درآمد قشر های مختلف ،کاهش بیکاری و رونق اقتصادی و درنتیجه بهبود کیفیت زندگی مردم و افزایش رفاه اجتماعی میشود. با برنامه ریزی کار آمد در گردشگری میتوان این صنعت را به نحوی مطلوب توسعه داد زیرا گردشگری صنعتی است که میتواد اقتصاد هر استانی را به نحو مطلوب تقویت کند .استان گلستان به دلیل دارا بودن ارزشهای تاریخی،سنتی، تنوع آب و هوایی، شیوه های زیستی ووجود جاذبه های متنوع طبیعی،جایگاه ویژه ای برای جذب گردشگران داخلی و خارجی دارد.البته نبود زیر ساخت های لازم منجر به عدم توسعه ی گردشگری در این استان شده است. در این پژوهش به بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعه این صنعت در استان گلستان می پردازیم. با استفاده از تکنیک تاپسیس فازی به الویت بندی این عوامل پرداخته ام. با این کار تصمصم گیرنده میتواند اقدامات مدیریتی مناسبی را در برابر آنها انجام دهدو برنامه ریزی مناسبی در تخصیص منابع موجودبرای هر یک از این عوامل موثر بر توسعه داشته باشد. نتایج به دست آمده در این تحقیق نشان دادند که عوامل زیر دارای بالاترین الویت (به ترتیب) هستند: وجود مدیریتی توانا و منسجم،جاذبه های طبیعی ،به کارگیری الگوهای مناسب جهت اطلاع رسانی ایجاد تاسیسات زیر بنایی مانند شبکه جاده ای ، مخابرات، آب، انرژی و برق، هتل ها و رستوران ها

prioritization of factors on the development of the tourism industry in golestan province using the fuzzy topsis technique

the development of the tourism industry leads to an increase in the income of different strata, a decrease in unemployment and economic prosperity, and as a result, an improvement in the quality of life of the people and an increase in social well-being. with effective planning in tourism, this industry can be developed in a favorable way because tourism is an industry that can strengthen the economy of any province in a favorable way. biodiversity and the presence of diverse natural attractions have a special place to attract domestic and foreign tourists. of course, the lack of necessary infrastructure has led to the lack of tourism development in this province. in this research, we investigate the factors affecting the development of this industry in golestan province. i have prioritized these factors using the fuzzy topsis technique. with this, the decision-maker can take appropriate management measures against them and have a proper plan in allocating available resources for each of these factors affecting development. the results obtained in this research showed that the following factors have the highest priority (in order): the existence of a capable and coherent management, natural attractions, the use of appropriate models to inform the creation of infrastructure facilities such as road network, telecommunication, water , energy and electricity, hotels and restaurants
