گردشگری مدرن و رویکردی انتقادی به اخلاق گردشگری مدرن

گردشگری مدرن در پارادایم مدرنیته شکل گرفته و توسعه یافته است. بنابراین، بسیاری از معضلات مدرنیته دامن گیر این جوی سود و گونه گردشگری نیز است. گردشگری مدرن در جست های بیشتر در زمان کمتر و با بازدهی بیشتر است، اما در این میان ممکن است بسیاری از هزینه پنهان نادیده گرفته شوند. گردشگری مدرن مسائل اخلاقی زیادی را پدید می آورد که عمدتا در دو زمینة مهم قابل ردیابی و بررسی اند: طبیعت و جامعه. اگر اخلاق را به معنای کانتی آن در نظر بگیریم، بسیاری از تلقی ها و کنشها در گردشگری مدرن از عقلانیت کافی برخوردار نبوده و به همین دلیل غیراخلاقی اند. گردشگری مدرن هنوز رویکردی اکتشافی و فاتحانه دارد؛ رویکردی که در سده های گذشته و در دوران استعمار به کشف سرزمین های جدید و دسترسی به منابع بیشتر منتهی می شد. این رویکرد متکی به مفهوم »دیگری« است؛ یعنی گردشگر و سرزمینش با مقصد گردشگری، جامعه، و طبیعت آن تفاوت ماهوی دارد و هریک سرنوشت مستقلی را پیش روی دارند. اما به نظر می رسد بتوان گردشگری مدرن را، در زمینة اخلاق، دوباره تعریف کرد و به نسخة جدیدی از گردشگری دست یافت که پایدار و مسئولانه باشد. همانگونه که در جریان تکامل اجتماعی کشاورزی با نیروی کار بردگان به کنشی غیراخلاقی بدل شده و مورد سرزنش قرار می گیرد، گردشگری مدرن نیز با آسیب های اجتماعی و زیست محیطی آن با همین وضعیت اخلاقی مواجه خواهد شد. در پژوهش هایی که تاکنون به زبان فارسی انجام شده است چندان ژرفای فلسفی اخلاق گردشگری مورد کنکاش قرار نگرفته و درخصوص اخلاق گردشگری بیشتر به کدهای اخلاقی و بایدها و نبایدها از منظر ایدئولوژی خاص پرداخته شده است. بنابراین، در این مقاله تالش می شود، هرچند گذرا و مختصر، برخی چالش های فلسفی و سوالات اساسی اخلاق در گردشگری مطرح شود. روش تحقیق در این مقاله، هرمنوتیک، تاویلی، و توصیفی است. با مطالعة کتابها و مقالات و اخبار مربوط به گردشگری و همچنین بررسی هنجارهای اخلاقی در برخی جوامع مقصد گردشگری به برداشتی کلی دست یافته ایم که با روش قیاسی به تحلیل ماهیت اخلاقی گردشگری مدرن می پردازد. برای سهولت تحقیق، اخلاق گردشگری در دو زمینة اصلی، که عبارت اند از طبیعت و جامعه، بررسی شده است. نتیجة تحقیق به صورت تبیین مسئله و آسیب شناسی اخلاق گردشگری مدرن صورت بندی شده است.

modern tourism and a critical approach to modern tourism ethics

modern tourism is formed and developed in the paradigm of modernity. therefore, many problems of modernity are fueled by this atmosphere of profit and type of tourism. modern tourism is looking for more in less time and with more efficiency, but in the meantime many hidden costs may be overlooked. modern tourism raises many ethical issues that can be traced and investigated mainly in two important areas: nature and society. if we consider ethics in its kantian sense, many attitudes and actions in modern tourism do not have sufficient rationality and are therefore unethical. modern tourism still has an exploratory and conquering approach; the approach that led to the discovery of new lands and access to more resources in the past centuries and during the colonial era. this approach relies on the concept of other ; that is, the tourist and his land are fundamentally different from the tourist destination, society, and its nature, and each of them has an independent destiny. but it seems that it is possible to redefine modern tourism in terms of ethics and achieve a new version of tourism that is sustainable and responsible. as in the course of social evolution, agriculture with slave labor has turned into an immoral act and is blamed, modern tourism will face the same moral situation with its social and environmental damages. in the researches that have been done so far in farsi language, the philosophical depth of tourism ethics has not been explored much, and regarding tourism ethics, more ethical codes and dos and don ts have been discussed from the perspective of a specific ideology. therefore, in this article an attempt is made, although briefly and briefly, to raise some philosophical challenges and basic questions of ethics in tourism. the research method in this article is hermeneutic, interpretative, and descriptive. by studying books, articles, and news related to tourism, as well as examining ethical norms in some tourism destination communities, we have reached a general understanding that analyzes the ethical nature of modern tourism with a comparative method. for ease of research, tourism ethics has been investigated in two main areas, which are nature and society. the result of the research is formulated as an explanation of the problem and pathology of modern tourism ethics.
