شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر زنجیره تامین گردشگری درمانی

صنعت گردشگری به ویژه گردشگری سلامت، یکی از رو به رشد ترین صنایع با درآمد و اشتغال زایی بالا در دنیا به شمار می رود . حلقه‌ی اول زنجیره ارزش در گردشگری درمانی بازاریابی و جذب مشتری و حلقه‌ی دوم ، خدمات پزشکی و درمانی‌ است که پیش و پس از درمان به بیمار ارائه می شود. هدف از انجام این پژوهش ، بررسی عوامل موثر بر زنجیره تامین گردشگری درمانی بود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر زنجیره تامین گردشگری درمانی انجام شد. جمع آوری و تحلیل داده های این مطالعه، توصیفی- پیمایشی و شامل استفاده از نظرات خبرگان سلامت بود. از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و روش دلفی منظور طراحی ابزار پیمایش استفاده گردید که 37 عامل نهایی جهت طراحی پرسشنامه مورد استفاده قرارگرفت. با اطمینان از روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه، 330 نفر از گردشگران سلامت مورد پیمایش قرارگرفت و با روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، 7 مولفه اصلی بر اساس گویه ها استخراج و مدل ساختاری طراحی و مورد برازش قرارگرفت و معنی داری مولفه ها تایید شد. آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق نشان داد که از بین عوامل موثر مراکز ارائه دهندگان خدمات پزشکی با 32.358 امتیاز دارای بیشترین اثر در طول زنجیره تامین و زیرساخت ها با 1.952 امتیاز دارای کمترین اثر در طول زنجیره تامین است . از نتایج آزمون می توان درک کرد که با تقویت عوامل موثر بر زنجیره تامین با توجه به اولویت ها و سرمایه گذاری مناسب و متناسب با اولویت ها ، ضمن رشد این حوزه ، ارز آوری مناسبی را بدست آورد.

identifying and prioritizing factors affecting the supply chain of medical tourism

tourism industry, especially health tourism, is considered one of the fastest growing industries with high income and job creation in the world. the first link of the value chain in medical tourism is marketing and customer attraction, and the second link is medical and therapeutic services that are provided to the patient before and after treatment. the purpose of this research was to investigate the factors affecting the supply chain of medical tourism. the current research was conducted with the aim of identifying and prioritizing factors affecting the supply chain of medical tourism. the data collection and analysis of this study was descriptive-survey and included the use of the opinions of health experts. library studies and delphi method were used to design the survey tool, and 37 final factors were used to design the questionnaire. by ensuring the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, 330 health tourists were surveyed, and with the exploratory factor analysis method, 7 main components were extracted based on the items and the structural model was designed and fitted, and the significance of the components was confirmed. the research showed that among the effective factors, centers of medical service providers with 32.358 points have the highest effect along the supply chain and infrastructures with 1.952 points have the lowest effect along the supply chain. from the results of the test, it can be understood that by strengthening the factors affecting the supply chain, according to the priorities and appropriate investment and in accordance with the priorities, while growing this field, it will obtain a suitable currency.
