شاخص های مدیریت پایدار اکوتوریسم در جنگل های شمال کشور

مدیریت پایدار یک ایده جهانی برای حفظ و نگهداری کیفیت زندگی بهتر بشر بر روی زمین است. اکوتوریسم به عنوان ابزاری از توریسم پایدار است که هم به حفظ محیط زیست و هم توسعه کمک می کند. از دیدگاه حفاظت ، معیارها و شاخص ها ابزار مهمی برای نیل به اهداف پایداری می باشند. هدف این بررسی شناسائی معیارها و شاخص ها برای پایش پایداری اکوتوریسم در جنگل های شمال ایران بوده است. شاخص ها به عنوان ابزاری برای نظارت پایداری عمل می کنند. از این رو شاخص ها باید تمامی جنبه های زیست محیطی ، اجتماعی ، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و سازمانی موثر در پایداری طبیعت گردی را پوشش دهند. در این بررسی با استفاده از روش دلفی و ahp طی سه دور و بکار گیری تیم کارشناسی متشکل از کارشناسان بومی و دانشگاهی از تخصص های مختلف و مرتبط استفاده گردید. در پایان دور دوم به اجماع رسیدیم و تعداد 9 معیار و 61 شاخص برای پایش توسعه پایدار اکوتوریسم رسیدیم. این معیارها و شاخص ها دارای ابعاد زیست محیطی ، اقتصادی ، اجتماعی ، فرهنگی و سازمانی بوده اند. ابعاد زیست محیطی با 21 شاخص، اقتصادی با 8 شاخص، اجتماعی با 21 شاخص ، فرهنگی با 6 شاخص و در نهایت سازمانی و قانونی با 5 شاخص تدوین گردید. در دور سوم معیارها و شاخص های انتخاب شده با استفاده از روش ahp و بکارگیری نرم افزار expert choice رتبه بندی گردید. معیارها و شاخص های انتخاب شده قابلیت کاربرد و استفاده برای سازمان های ذیربط نظیر سازمان جنگل ها ، محیط زیست و گردشگری برای نظارت و پایش بر پایداری فعالیت های اکوتوریسم در جنگل های شمال کشور دارد.

sustainable management is a global idea to preserve and maintain a better quality of human life on earth. ecotourism is a tool of sustainable tourism that helps both environmental conservation and development. from the point of view of conservation, criteria and indicators are important tools to achieve sustainability goals. the purpose of this study was to identify criteria and indicators for monitoring the sustainability of ecotourism in the forests of northern iran. indicators serve as a tool for sustainability monitoring. therefore, the indicators should cover all the environmental, social, economic, cultural and organizational aspects effective in the sustainability of nature tourism. in this survey, delphi and ahp methods were used in three rounds and an expert team consisting of local and university experts from different and related specialties was used. at the end of the second round, we reached a consensus and reached a number of 9 criteria and 61 indicators for monitoring the sustainable development of ecotourism. these criteria and indicators have environmental, economic, social, cultural and organizational dimensions. environmental dimensions were compiled with 21 indicators, economic with 8 indicators, social with 21 indicators, cultural with 6 indicators and finally organizational and legal with 5 indicators. in the third round, the selected criteria and indicators were ranked using ahp method and using expert choice software. the selected criteria and indicators can be applied and used by relevant organizations such as the organization of forests, environment and tourism to monitor and monitor the sustainability of ecotourism activities in the forests of the north of the country.
